“Very efficient. Everything was clean and what we expected for a one-night stay. Comfortable room (the Prince Solms), nice, dark curtains for sleeping in. A note - check-in is done via email and you are given a code to your room. We didn't need anything from staff, so we never saw them. Worked well for us.”

“A real bad experience, room stank, bed sheets were all stained, no toilet paper, air conditioning was mot working and pictures in internet does not match what we experienced. TV was like a computer monitor, it was just a nightmare! Will not visit that place ever again. This hotel needs inspection and high maintenance! ”

“Specifically, as I was preparing to checkout and was loading my car, the maintenance man did not give me a chance to close my car windows and began blowing dust and dirt in my face and in my car as I was loading it. He did not say anything or motion to me but just kept blowing the parking lot which I believe was in appropriate. I already had a previous incident where I was refused to check in after making a reservation and was turned away a few weeks ago. I will never stay here ever again.”
