“I felt very welcomed when I entered the house to check in. Obviously it’s a bed in brew so I was offered a nice cold IPA even before I did my check-in. It’s a fun place to stay. There are others that don’t stay at the hotel that come just to drink so you have a lot of companionship if you want others to talk with while you’re having your beer.”

“The king ocean view suite did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. The registration staff were friendly and very welcoming as well as informative. The ocean Blue restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The create your own omelet was amazing and the chef was friendly and cooked my omelet to perfection. The grounds were well maintained. ”

“After a 6-hour drive, my stay began with a frustrating check-in. The night clerk’s communication was unclear and dismissive. I was asked to step aside, then called back without explanation, and later handed paperwork with no guidance after returning from my car when tap-to-pay wasn’t accepted. Dining that evening raised concerns as well. My 3 year old child was given fries with sriracha ketchup without any warning, despite saying he was hungry. “Parking was easy and free in their lot beside the hotel. Checking in was a breeze, and we were granted early access to our room, since it had already been cleaned. The staff was courteous and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the ice water (with lemon or orange slices in it) and coffee available in the lobby all day for free. Getting a river view room was worth the extra price for us. Everything was clean, and the property looked good and up to date. We loved the shower, the shampoo &...

“The pools were nice & we enjoyed the waterslides. The staff was kind & came immediately when we needed extra towels. The elevators in tower 1 was extremely slow & busy. The cleanliness of the room could've been better. The furniture has scuff marks, scratches, etc & not well kept at all. The room felt cramped so definitely get the biggest size you can afford if you're traveling with a few people. Check in was super slow and I had to wait in line for over 30min just to check in.”
