“Clean, Clean Clean. No power outlet for a hair dryer at the sink. Roku tv was terrible, could not even watch a USA soccer match.”

“Coffee and breakfast was served in the lobby but they didn’t open until 8 am. Our kerug didn’t work properly so we were caffeine deprived and that isn’t a good way to start the day. The room was clean but the property could use some tlc!”

“We had a great stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We’d had a terrible nights stay at another establishment (not IHG) when we last minute checked in The Garner. This stay was everything we needed and then some. Breakfast was fresh every single day. Free cookies and a different infused water in the lobby every single day. And staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable after our initial bad stay at another hotel (not an IHG hotel). Thank you all for a comfortable and safe stay.”

“Don’t say breakfast is included if walking next door and tipping a waitress for a stack of pancakes is involved. $6 to upgrade to what normally would be included with a hotel breakfast feels scammy. Fix the light fixtures. There’s no excuses for broken / flickering bulbs. Provide more towels in jacuzzi rooms. TRAIN YOUR LACKLUSTER STAFF TO LET GUESTS USE THE ELEVATOR FIRST! Absolutely RUDE to have multiple male staff crowding the only elevator, esp when women & small children are waiting.”

“I loved the room with the bunk beds, itt gave the kids their own space. Having all the pools was a great experience. I personally enjoyed the children’s slide with my neice. I’m somewhat short so the tub was so high you almost need a step stool to get in so be very careful getting out, you might fall. If you turn off the light at the door then you can’t turn the bathroom light.”

“The room’s decor is cute. The room was clean. The location is convenient. Parking is a hassle if you arrive close to dark. Our room was between the office and the pool on the first floor and the base of the music late was a bit bothersome, but if you sleep with a sound machine, you probably wouldn’t notice it.”
