“Super cool hotel right in the heart of Birmingham. If you’re tired of the same crowded “standard” hotel experience, this place is a refreshing change. No packed lobby, long front desk lines, or chaos — just a smooth, modern virtual check-in experience from start to finish. The hotel itself felt brand new or newly remodeled, and everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully done. Great location, unique atmosphere, and overall just a really easy and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here...

“Toilet didn’t work correctly”

“Their card machine used to make keys for rooms was broken for multiple days and I had to be escorted to my room every time I needed access. Sometimes I waited at my door for over 10 min for security/maintenance to arrive to let me in. Zero amenities or compensation offered for the significant inconvenience. ”

“I stayed for 1 night. There is charge for parking $20 per night. The restaurant closes at 10pm.The room was clean.”

“Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Staff was great. We stayed multiple days and housekeeping could’ve been a little bit better and it stunk that the food had to come from the Sheraton. I believe the hotel here was under repair. Will definitely book again.”

“Rooms are as pictured. Be nice if there was a Microwave in each room but at least there was one. Very noisy Motel sits on an intersection of 2 main streets through town. Small facility but quant. I would use this again in future. ”
