"Check-in was a nightmare. I checked in 3 hrs prior via the website. I arrived at 1300 and not room was allocated to me and I had to wait until 1400 to get a room. When I return there masses of people waiting to check-in and only 2 of the 4 stations open. Sadly, I had to highlight the pointless need to checkin online and was then dealt with separately and a room allocated. The queue for others was long and the process took a good deal of time. The other positions should have been opened to deal with the surge."

Personale accogliente e simpatico tranne il ragazzo che ha risposto alla chiamata con la quale chiedevo informazioni per raggiungere l'albergo: la sua risposta: guardi su Google! Inaccettabile! Una nota negativa: abbiamo consumato un piccolo sacchetto di patatine presente in camera e ce l' hanno fatto pagare più di 3€"

"Hotel comodo per vistare la città che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata. La nostra camera con balcone sul porto aveva una vista spettacolare. Abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio attiguo riservato a pagamento. Colazione completa e varia. Consigliato."
