The property is joined to the owner's house. The front part of the house is it's own little apartment, with its own front entrance. This apartment is closed off to the rest of owner's house. Owner lives in the back part of the house.
The AC controls are not located in the apartment. It's controlled by the owner. The place is consistently between 70-72 degrees, but will be happy adjust the temperature for you.
