“Room could have been cleaner (sheets) . But not terrible …”

“This place was NOT clean!! The floors were not swept, mopped, or vacuumed. Everything was still dirty. The countertops had coffee on them the walls had spills and puddles on the baseboards. Bathroom sink and vanity not cleaned and hair and stubbles in the sink BUT the absolute worst part was when we pulled the bed down and the sheets were not washed. “The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. ”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. “I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM.”

“We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. “Hotel staff was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. Loved the ranch decor. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”

“The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. ”

“When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool.”

“One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. ”
