Hotel vicino a Drs Bruce and Lee Foundation Library - Florence

“Tipico Hotel Hyatt, confortevole, pulito e tenuto bene.

“The house keeping people”

“Air conditioning didn’t work on my last night, neither did the WiFi. Would not recommend”

“Déjeuner”

“Great choice for an overnight stay, Similar to many other "name brand" hotels costing $50 more. Limited but adequate breakfast options.”

Personnel courtois. Bain à remous out of order…”

“The breakfast potatoes and sausage was not cooked enough. The coffee and bagel was good though”

“Loved everything”

“I have stayed at other Tru locations and this was by far the worst. Without getting too wordy, a few adjectives I would use to describe my room are: dingy, stale, outdated, unclean. It seems that for whatever reason they aren’t even trying.”

“My stay was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful on all the small things that can make travel stressful. From the moment I walked in they provided gold star service. Jenine, Kamesha (sp?), Hanna, and the rest of the staff were spectacular. I opening the spellings correct, my apologies if I did not. I would absolutely (and likely) stay again!”

“Met expectations”

“It was very clean! They had cute Halloween decorations out my kids loved that! It felt like home away from home!”
