“The suite room is spacious, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Room full of outlets and lights. Everything was clean. The full kitchen is A plus, it has all the things you need, even a dishwasher and food disposal to keep it clean. My family enjoyed our time together very much and we thank the great staff and service. My only problem was that the location was so close to the airport. But if you are a heavy sleeper it's ok.”

“Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.”

“Quiet, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only glitch was the emergency alarm that forced everyone to evacuate. However, I was glad that it wasn't a real emergency.”

“Both of the front desk employees were sitting in the lobby eating when we arrived. One got up to check us in and she was kind but not overly welcoming. We got our keys and went to the room - the wallpaper was peeling badly in the bathroom, the plug for the tub didn’t work, and the kitchen area counter was sticky. Minor things I know but the upkeep could definitely be better. On our way out for dinner both desk employees were playing on their phones so no one really said anything or even looked...

“The a/c in our room was not working properly. The other room we had booked was working good. We just switched rooms, our friends like it warmer to sleep. ”

“The first night, I was in Room 210 on the front of the hotel. While the room has an interesting layout, its location directly over a ‘Biker Bar’ led to very loud motorcycle noise until 2AM. Thankfully, the desk person, Pamela, was able to move me to a quiet room in the back of the hotel for my second night.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays.”
