Soggy Fall Weekend
The unit was a bit dated (old refrigerator that was VERY loud when cycling, hard mattress, old bed spread), but clean and neat. It was a bit musty when we first got into the unit, but we bought a candle and room spray and that freshened it right up. There was a bundle of wood on the back deck (not sure if that was left from the previous guest or not?), but we made a fire in the fireplace on a soggy Saturday evening and enjoyed a nice evening in after a rainy day out touring the local area.

The surroundings area are very unique like living in the forest with many deers as neighbors. The buildings are quite old but well maintained. The kitchen provides less and poor quality cooking tools. The cutting board is so little to work and no good knives to cut meat. Wine glasses are so thick. The kitchen just far below the “full kitchen “ for this level of property standards.

The area is beautiful . The property itself is shabby inside. The cabinets need replaced, the carpet is dirty . Pillows are awful . The condo is terrible to find at night homes are not marked by the road so you can easily see your number .

Do not stay
We did not stay at the crownwood resorts and ended up having to book a Fairfield by marriot on our own as the after hours check-in process was insane. Not only is the name completely different from what was booked Crown Resorts at Treasure lake, not Silverwood, there was a previously unmentioned $150 deposit required before we could get our keys which were under someone else’s name. The location was not the same as provided and finding it in the dark proved impossible so we left. We had asked the person for help finding our room on the phone who “checked us in” but were told they have no actual knowledge of the properties and thus could not help. This completely felt like a scam and suggest hotels.com remove listing from their website

Disgusting!!
Absolutely terrible! Please take this place of your web site.It’s dirty, old, disgusting! You can’t ever communicate with anyone it is through an agency. Then I called multiple times to see if the pool was open and they finally answered and said yes but never told me it closes at 5 and you can’t check in until 4. I couldn’t even sleep.

Great place. I wish they would change out the mattresses. They are incredibly hard. We bought a topper for the bed but it dodnt help that much.

It was a town house from the 80’s. Met all our needs except a heating problem! Which they did fix. Smelled musty as it has been closed up for a bit, caused ruckus with my allergies.

This is an outdated condo with badly stained carpet. It is also a good 15 minutes off the interstate (the office where you pick up the key is less than a mile off the interstate, so it is deceptive). I slept in a twin bed as I felt the double mattress was old and saggy. That said, it was in a beautiful setting and it was wonderfully quiet. For the space, the price was excellent.

We got to the property after hours and could not find my name. We called and was told that we owed a security deposit. We were never told this. The confirmation email just gave me the passcode and said we would find our name. When we got to the gate, they gave us a hard time because we did not have a pass and said we should have received a pass in our packet. Again, the confirmation email just stated to go to the security and they would let us in. Once we got to the property it was ok. A little musty smelling. None of the TV's had remotes that worked in the living room. There were 2 TVs there which was confusing. The TV in the full size bed room didn't have anycable to it. There were cobwebs everywhere. The fan in the upstairs bathroom did not work. Overall our stay was ok. There needs to be more communication and clarity in the instructions for after hour check ins.

Most reviews touch upon the property being dated, so that was no surprise. Everything was pretty minimal. My greatest concern was that there were no working smoke detectors in the house. Both batteries were removed, and there was no present carbon monoxide detector. Not that I'm an expert on Pennsylvania codes, but that seems extremely illegal, if not, definitely dangerous. Also, the drive from the main road to inside the property and to the actual rental was extremely long. If you are spending most of your time on grounds, that's no problem but to leave it takes an extra 15 minutes

I grew up in TL maybe 15 minutes from silver woods and it was cool to stay inside of silverwoods. Maybe update furniture someday but overall was dope!

The area was beautiful however the unit was another story . The Tv didnt work at all. The reason why i booked was for the jacuzzi however there wasnt one . It also said swim up bar and that wasn't existant.

this property was dirty & dated. the furniture was dirty & dated. the beds were horrible, and the bedding was nearly threadbare.....altogether a NASTY place.

Bare necessities
The room was fine but to find a broken TV in the living room and no WiFi working was disappointing. Very small hot water supply. Clean and tidy good night sleep (Quiet area) Disappointed by the fact time was taken to blame the cable company for the broken tuner in the TV. Not very difficult to determine when the TV's in the bedrooms worked but not the living room.

Old, outdated Crown Resort
It was SOOO OUTDATED! Old nasty carpet throughout, cable tv did not work, no I’ve trays or frying pans. Just the worst crown property I’ve ever stayed at. Spend a little money and update this place it would be amazing

It is very confusing to find your unit. I didn't understand that my until was imbedded within a gated community. it was difficult finding it and the road had huge pot hole in it. If you check in after 4 (which is the check in time), no one is in the office so you must get your unit keys out of an unlocked box, that is outside. then you need to know that you must drive over to the security gate to be let into the community. needs more communication!

The place was clean but very dated. The tv in the living room was ridiculous with some channels upside down and many not working. The queen bed was extremely hard also. The Treasure Lake complex is beautiful but the roads in the townhouse section could use some work.
