“Great breakfast and friendly staff!”

“Nice, very clean hotel. I did ask if breakfast was included when we checked in and was told "yes". But I found out the next morning that there was only a Starbuck's in the lobby, that charged regular prices. Disappointing that the desk clerk did not seem to understand my question-?”

“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. Then we were told we’d be placed in another room it never happened due to a wedding at the hotel. Maintenance...

“This hotel was undergoing construction, which we didn’t know when we reserved our stay. That said, our room was very clean, staff was very nice and the included breakfast was great. However, we were staying overnight because we went to a wedding and knew we would be out late and wanted to have a nice, relaxing morning with our family (who also reserved rooms). The frustrating thing that prevented this was an extremely loud fire alarm went off for approximately two hours in the morning! It was...

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests.”

“Very clean room and clean around the hotel. There is a big grassy area that is immaculately kept, so if you are traveling with pets, this is great. Enough room for them to stretch their legs. Rooms are quite adequate and clean. It is very quiet and close to the interstate and other amenities. I regularly stay at budget motels/hotels with dogs and this place is definitely on the nicer end of what you'll get in this price range! Staff were some of the nicest too.”

“Was a good place for a weekend trip its centrally located but its not the greatest when comes to maintenance.”

“Great location if traveling to and from a Salem, easy access to restaurants and points of interest. We love it here. The staff was great, breakfast was great, very clean and the room was super nice, great walk in shower!”

“Lots of wiring coming from tv to a box next to it, which didn’t help- very ‘glitchy’ and sometimes freezing tv screen. Body wash in shower was completely empty. Shower would backup water to ankles during 10 minute shower. Only given 2 towels for room despite registering 3 guests. Rear door entrance with sign stating “card entry only” was never actually locked… anyone could walk in back by the rooms at any time. Room was otherwise clean and well maintained.”
