Dear Lynsey, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry for the misunderstandings that happened while you were staying with us. We apologise for all the discomfort, we will work hard to make sure nothing similar happens in the future. There were some internal issues that led to this, and we did try to make things a bit better by offering you the complimentary wine and voucher. It was never our intention to angry you, however, we were fully booked during the weekend and therefore had to do what we could to make sure all guests were at their correct rooms.
