“Room condition is excellent especially the bathroom which is very spacious and warm with separate air conditioning control. The landing area is a nice touch. Bed is very comfortable. TV is big and sharp. The only thing is that we did not get a welcome fruit platter which we got all the other hotels. View from the window is also great. Hotel is one block walk from nearest subway station. Neighbourhood is quiet and appears somewhat upmarket.”

“I've stayed in many hotels in China, and this is the best I've ever been in. The Internet is fantastic ... I could just carry on business as usual. The fitness center is good and very well maintained. The bar had a fantastic gin and tonic, and they even stayed open late for jetlagged me. “What an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful and kind. We were provided with recommended local attractions to visit and local restaurants to try in Suzhou. The free laundry facilities were also extremely handy given we were travelling light. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Another particularly helpful feature in the room was that the windows were fitted with mosquito netting that kept the bugs away while we enjoy some of the autumnal breeze in the evenings.
