“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The host communication through the whole process was great. The home is clean and welcoming. We loved the upper deck with the fire table. It was easy to get to every place we wanted to from the home. A great home and we loved our stay.”

“Check in time was 4 (with a lockbox). Arrived around 330 and was told we could not check in early and had to wait until 4, so sat in driveway until allowed to check in. Part of town is a little suspect and rough, although it’s only about 3 blocks to downtown. It’s not walkable though due to two lane road with no sidewalk.. Inside of house was clean and well appointed. House key was in lockbox outside, although my husband found a fake sprinkler head within 5 minutes of arriving with another house...

“This Cabin was beautifully located at the top of Hidden Hills with incredible views of the valley and mountains! The master bedroom on the 3rd floor was huge with roomy bathroom and walk in closet. The peacefulness and views from the 3rd floor balcony is unforgettable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to host a Fantastic Thanksgiving week and Dinner. The one request I had during our stay regarding the hot tub was met with an immediate response from Joni, which did require...
