“Ottima posizione e struttura buon parcheggio anche se avevo un buono di 15 euro che non mi hanno riscattato nonostante segnalato più volte nella chat .”

“Eccezionale”

“Working with Luigi Fabiani at Apartment Siena was excellent, in clear communications, a centrally located flat in immaculate condition, and clear concern that everything was as promised. I highly recommend renting through them for they have a good inventory of great rental, whether in a long stay such as mine, three months, or shorter visits to Siena.”

“Good location and nice accommodations the only down side was the 87 step to get to the apartment. A lift would greatly improve this property”

“the apartment’s location is convenient, but apartment conditions are not ok. To live in the apartment feel uncomfortable.”

“Location was close to restaurants and bars. View from the windows is spectacular. Lots of ups and downs for walking but typical of Italy. Would have liked to see a toaster and handrail on stairs to bedroom, otherwise well equipped. An information booklet including operation of appliances would be helpful.”

“Property itself was great. Bed was comfy and pillows. All the modern touches were great. Location was perfect. The host met us and helped get us in a bit early and get the luggage up the stairs. My only complaint was there was a musty odor in the laundry area, which caused my allergies to flair. That’s why the 4 star rating”

“This is a lovely place to stay. Bedroom is lovely, air conditioning is amazing!! Very clean and spacious. Shopping, restaurants and more is within easy walking distance. Shower was a little hot/cold and laundry is a 5 minute walk to a laundromat, but it was not a problem. I would highly recommend this accommodation.”

“BEWARE - shower in main bathroom not connected and NO WiFi. WiFi was 10MB which is 25% of the speed in an airplane. Nothing would load and cell service was 1 bar. Host Luigi would not respond until VRBO customer service called him after I contacted VRBO. He did come because VRBO Iinsisted and promised to fix the shower and WIFI. He NEVER answered any more txts and the over head shower NEVER WORKED in 4 days and the WIFI NEVER WORKED either. Worst part was Luigi never answered even to say...

“piacevole struttura nel centro di Siena ”

“The apartment was clean, and the terrace provided a nice view, and privacy. You could open both of the doors to let the fresh air in. My only complaint is that the bedroom was not as described. It was a very dark room, with no windows that allowed any light, and the mattress is a bit soft. If you like dark bedrooms, than all is ok. The only other note is that you need to carry bags up 72 stairs. If you don’t have a heavy bag, no problem, if you do, be forewarned. ”

“Perfect location, very close to Duomo and Campo. Comfortable stay. Our host Camilla was a mine of very helpful and interesting information.”
