“I stayed in a cozy bungalow and it was perfect for me for 8 nights. If my stay was shorter, I would have upgraded since the other rooms are more spacious and generally nicer. The customer service was top-notch. The pool was incredible! I spent all my time upstairs in the yoga palapa area.”

All was good with exception of: WIFI in the room was not working properly but in the hall was very good and fast; cleanliness of the room and of the common parts not very precise, anyway acceptable (just few stains on the tablecloths and a bad smells from the shower plumbing). “The staff was very hospitable, friendly, well organized and very professional. This property is a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city life, very peaceful and serene.
