“Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. “Nice location. Smallish but clean room. No shampoo and bath gel in the bathroom, we bought our own. Wifi only available in the restaurant area and the connection is slow. If it rains or there is wind the connection is basically inexistent. We tried the restaurant the first day, but we did not like the food and after that experience we always went elsewhere. Personnel was very nice and the did everything that they can to help”

“Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! ”
