Case in affitto a Dumfries

“The property was everything we expected and as shown on pictures, very clean, plenty of room to relax and stretch. There were plenty of games to play: miniature pool/fooseball/ping pong table; as well as video games. Great location if you're looking to stay for graduation.”

“Very clean and cozy and host communicates well! Thank you for having us!”

“listing is accurate. Great communication. All went well. Would stay here again ”

“Place was perfect. Very clean. Really large. Super convenient location. Staying here made our son’s graduation special because we could relax and be comfortable in this awesome place. Host was absolutely lovely and respectful. We will definitely be back when visiting Quantico. A peaceful hidden gem for sure!!!!”

“Stayed for three nights. Comfortable home, loved the back deck.”

“I had some last minute travel and was so lucky that I came across this great place! The great communication made everything a breeze, which took a lot of stress away from having to plan last minute. The house is clean and comfortable (cozy) with very thoughtful amenities. It is situated in a very quiet area. I got a really good, peaceful vibe in the house. Couldn’t ask for more from my experience staying.”

“Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and...

“Great place to stay in Stafford. Clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.”

“We had an excellent stay! Everything was great from beginning to end. The place was very clean, well organized, and fully stocked with all the supplies we needed. Communication with the host was excellent very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience”

“Great location for our family of 6 to visit our Marine. The house fit us so comfortably, it was very clean and located conveniently to so many stores, restaurants, base and museum with reasonable drive to DCA. Would definitely recommend.”

“It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”

“This stay was perfect for our visit to Quantico. The accommodations are so clean and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend!”

“Lovely space. So delighted by the king size bed. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Easy access to Metro and access into the Capital. 5 stars, would stay here again. ”

“Lots of room with this space. Very nice and convenient”

“Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. A kitchen knife would also be a practical addition to the utensils. Also, the other bedroom is only accessed thru the shared bathroom and if locked by the...

“So grateful to have a vrbo where our two 50 lb dogs are welcome. The new home being built next door is beautiful to watch them finish but to see the river we only had to turn left out of the driveway and walk around the corner to see it or go outside the master bedroom to the end of the deck and we could see a slice of it. The owner responds well. It is quiet; there are basic provisions and the a/c works great! The beds were also very comfortable!!”

“We loved how close to Washington DC it was...and also to the the Huntington Metro station! Host was very helpful on how to navigate getting to to the city, etc. The place was very nice...just a little smaller than we expected, but it was fine for what we needed for just one night. Would def book again!”
