“I was happy with the motel and the staff. However, I chose this place over others because it openly said "Close to downtown" when in fact it is miles away. Other motels I passed over were on the same street. This is misleading and even unethical and moreover it must be a pain for the hotel clerk to have to answer for it to disappointed customers.”

“The first day in the room, we noticed the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to flush multiple times for the tissue to go down. The second day, toilet overflowed causing the whole room to flood. We (3 of us) had to quickly grab our thing and exit the room. We were then placed in an handicap accessible room. The bed in that room was literally 6-8 inches from the floor.
