Ville a Dunagaha

“Ok - where do I start! The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect. There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...

“One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

“Worst stay ever - DON'T GO THERE! The place is a mess. So dirty everywhere. On top of a cabin we found a thick layer of dust and a condom package, cables were hanging out of the walls, probably blood on a pillow (so disgusting) and the pool water was so dull that we wouldn't let our kids swim in it. And on top of all that we have probably take bed bugs back home from this horrendous place. On top of that the owner all of a sudden wanted us to pay for our stay in cash even though we had payed...
