“4 stars for the specific categories you asked about, but 5 stars overall because we just really enjoyed being there. Not perfect but so much fun! In particular, re table service in the restaurant, the individual servers were great but the system needs to be improved. We didn't know if we were supposed to get full service or order at the counter and carry out items to our table, so it was awkward. A small matter in an otherwise delightful stay.”

“Nice place. Asked the office for an iron and an ironing board so I could iron my dress shirt, but they only had an iron (no ironing board), so I had to figure out how to iron my shirt without producing more wrinkles. Also, I expected there would be shampoo in the room but there wasn't. ”

“We stayed in room 106, it was pretty close to the lobby and there are parking spots right in front of the rooms. They have a pool and jacuzzi. They allowed us to check out late (noon) there is a dennys just about a block away and Starbucks is right across the street. We only stayed a night but we will return! ”
