“The front dress personal was not very helpful, did not try and work with us, about check in. We were attending a wedding and all ready in a stress situation being part of the wedding. It was in my name and stuck in rehearsal had my husband check in, with the same last name and they wouldn’t work with us, made it for a very stressful situation. Will never recommend this hotel. Thank Manuel and Maria Rangel”

“This property always looks great and the staff is very friendly to us, every time I visit Rohnert Park I search for this particular property!! I highly recommend it to anyone!!”

“Good stay when I needed some rest on my way home from a trip. The guy behind the desk was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, no real area to potty your pup.... so plan to be taking your pet for walks. But a nice, super basic yet comfortable place. I couldnt figure out working the tv for the life of me, but you can always call the front desk during their working hours! Served it's purpose for my dog and I on our way up the coast.”

“I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first. In speaking to the General Manager he spent an hour and a half telling us we could not get any compensation but one nights stay at a future time. He said he found a...

“Guernville itself is beautiful and this location is ideal for convenience. The staff were helpful and had good communication. That being said the beds were uncomfortable and the property itself was a bit rundown. More of a motel vibe.”
