“friendly staff; clean room”

“Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!”

“Our only complaint, was it was there's a lot of construction going on in due tours.So it wasn't always convenient getting back to a parking lot.In the evening. Other than that everything was excellent”

“It is an old hotel with lots of charm (on the outside). The lobby falls a little flat and could use a little more character and tbh... it smelled unpleasant! The room was very nice and looked as expected as shown in the photos. The king bed was very nice and comfortable, however the pillows were not - they went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. I think an addition of a desk would go a long way. The walls are thin so I heard our very loud neighbors talking on the phone 11pm at night....

“The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.”

“The accommodations covered all the essentials, providing a tidy room equipped with every required amenity. A delightful highlight was the bunk bed, which the children absolutely enjoyed. Furthermore, the setting was truly spectacular, nestled among magnificent redwood trees and natural beauty. I will go there again.”

“There was no breakfast as advertised. Front desk arez was filty. Junk all over, no where to even sit down. Stairwells were littered with crap. Rooms had no paper cups,tissues. Shower head was ready to fall off. This place should not be on Exoedia. Bathroom fan was extremely loud ”
