“It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before. My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room. From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. “Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!”

“Ice machines did not work and the reception staffer pretended someone had just used up the ice from two machines rather than admitting they did not work. Also, their rooms have no coffee-maker, fridge or microwave; amenities that are usually available, even at economy motels.”

“The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.”

“Beautiful hotel . Clean and cozy. Rooms have big window withnlots of light. I wanted a getaway for a couple days with my partner and his was exactly what I wanted . Beds were so soft and cozy and welcoming charm was perfect. I will come back again soon and recommend to anyone .”

“Property was very clean and comfortable with an Italian feel. Rooms are very large and the bed very comfortable. Our dog was happy staying with us. Breakfast was a buffet with several choices. We Only wish the bathroom had safety bars for senior guests.”

“I was very disappointed with this room. It looked nothing like the photos or what was advertised. The room was outdated, had a terrible odor as soon as we walked in, and the beds did not appear to be clean. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and was not the quality we expected. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this property based on our experience”
