“Excellent place to stay close to airport. Very clean room, comfortable beds, super nice staff and fair breakfast. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel.”

“Room was large and comfortable. Very poor lighting in the room. The downgrade was with respect to check-in. I was asked to check-in on line and complied. Then when I arrived at the hotel they insisted I check in again on their tablet, providing the exact information that was previously provided, including photo id. Then the tablet froze up so we had to go through it all again at the front desk, by which time a lineup had occurred. A total waste of time.”

“Once upon a time…it was a good hotel. 600 USD for a triple room is anyway “overpriced” for such a quality. Good points: room was clean and people at the front desk did their best to fix couple of issues with the room. ”

“My girlfriend and I stayed here over the long weekend for the Richmond Night Market. The location was perfect very close to the Night Market and many restaurants, which made it really convenient for our trip. However, the hotel itself seemed poorly managed. The desk had visible dust, the towels had dirty stains or possibly makeup stains, and some of the cleaning amenities were out during our one-day stay. These issues made it feel like the room had not been properly checked or cleaned before we...

“Poco distante dall’aeroporto ed è comodo per raggiungere Vancouver city, è una bella struttura che si sviluppa in orizzontale, con tanto parcheggio e anche un po’ di spazio verde. Le camere sono moderne anche se un po’ piccole rispetto alla media canadese.”

“The hotel check-in was under construction. The area ch was blocked off with plywood. There were a few tables and chairs in the small area to be used for breakfast but also for those checking in and out. We weren’t told about this and were not compensated for the inconvenience. I would have changed hotels if I had c known ahead of time. My husband is legally blind and I am limited in mobility. There is no crosswalk near the hotel to give access to restaurants or stores across the street.”

“The property was one month old everything is in good condition and shape, staff were helpful, breakfast good veriety, the only thing that mentioned while booking is the underground overnight guest parking.”

“A beautiful, well maintained hotel close to the airport with a useful free shuttle service. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. We loved being able to swim in the heated outdoor pool after our long flight.”
