This bright, modern apartment is a five-minute walk from Dundee University, and the city's most popular cafes, bars and restaurants.
Free on-street parking is available right outside the door but it can be busy at times. There is a store nearby and Dundee’s 24 hour bakery just around the corner!
Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.
Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The large corner sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as can be seen in the photos)if requiredwhile the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.
Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to.
There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive.

There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
Please note, this is a very old tenement building and the stairs are quite steep. This flat is on the third floor.
There is a Double bed and fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror and chest of drawers.
