Sidlaw View - 3 Bed in the Suburbs

This chic upper floor apartment accommodates plenty people in style thanks to its three lovely double bedrooms. Add to that the usual home comforts, all beautifully put together, and you’ll see why Dundee is the UK’s first and only UNESCO city of design!



From the gorgeous plants inside to the fine views over to the nearby Sidlaw hills, you can feel connected to nature here. However the real beauty that you’re also really well placed to enjoy everything this fantastic coastal city has to offer.



Accessed up a carpeted stairway, this modern upper floor apartment has the benefit of 3 double bedrooms, two with king-singed double beds. The kitchen and bathroom are newly fitted, fresh and sparkling. The decor throughout is tasteful with a calming, neutral palette of soft greys and muted whites. Subtle, floral wallpaper and on-trend lighting add to the contemporary feel. Attention has also been paid to guests’ comfort with plenty of handy storage and cosy cushions.



With free on-street parking, you won’t have to worry about parking charges, making for a comfortable, easy stay in Scotland’s sunniest city!

LOCATION

Dundee has been transformed in recent years into a lively and cosmopolitan coastal city.  With many exciting commercial and cultural attractions, it has become a favourite for city breaks as well as longer stays.



Our apartment sits in a quiet, residential area just to the north east of the city centre. It’s especially handy for links to the city bypass and the main road networks. You can be enjoying an ice-cream in the up-market coastal suburbs quickly and easily, or head the other way to shop at the larger retail parks and visit attractions like the Dundee Ice Arena or cinema complexes.



You’re also perfectly placed here for access to some of the area’s best sports and leisure facilities. The city’s Regional Performance Centre and Dundee International Sports Complex are close by as is the much-loved Caird Park with its challenging golf courses and leafy walks through old oak avenues.



Public transport links are very good and driving is easy too, with a good road network in the city and beyond, plus free on-street parking at your door. The domestic airport is just a short drive away with direct flights to London and Belfast.

Ladies weekend

We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. The house was lovely, clean and exactly as we saw online and plenty of space for luggage. We used a taxi to get into the city centre, but only because we were lazy and couldn't be bothered with the bus 😉
