“This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots.”

“Perfect house for our vacation.The view of the lake from the deck and master bedroom was perfection! The house has everything you need. The decor was very nice and in keeping with the Lake Erie theme. The neighborhood was very quiet when we were there in early June. Great location, not too far to Erie and in the middle of the wine region. We also took a ride to Jamestown NY. The only thing we wished we had was a hot tub on the deck!! But we did appreciate the lounge chairs!”

“Such a beautiful property! Very spacious and comfortable and clean. We stayed for our family vacation with 10 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space for everyone! The house is so well stocked and set for large groups it was above our expectations and past experiences with rentals. “We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!”
