“While I found the room ok and the staff very helpful and friendly I had a problem with the shower over a plunge bath. I have osteo in one leg and was afraid of falling without a non slip mat or a railing to hold onto. Thank you”

“We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were freshly grouted and toilets spotless clean. For the price and proposition, I wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommending. The fact that onsite staff are always there added that extra safety and friendliness for me.”
