"The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand."

"No porter service or ramp to get your case up the first 10 steps to reception. Internal lift not working all weekend. "Very good location close to the centre of York and next to the city wall. All York sites easily walkable. Good kitchen appliances and utensils. Good size room and comfortable bed. The are no windows that open and I couldn’t find the AC controller."
