Charming 4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath River Cottage situato a Dunnsville, VA sul fiume Rappahannock. Grande lotto di 1 ettaro con un molo privato non lontano dai porti turistici di Tappahannock (Parker's) e Center Cross (Garrett's). Ampio ponte posteriore e veranda con splendida vista sul fiume, soprattutto all'alba. Camino esterno, grill a gas e carbone, tavolo da picnic, altalena all'aperto e amaca sotto l'albero di magnolia sono alcuni dei servizi. Porta la tua canna da pesca preferita o usa uno dei nostri. Ci sono un sacco di cose divertenti da fare sul Rivah: canottaggio, tubing, kayak, pesca o semplicemente rilassante. Questo è un ottimo posto per portare la famiglia per una settimana o solo per un lungo weekend. Troverete molte cose divertenti da fare nella zona per tutte le età e stili di vita. Questa casa fluviale non è lontana da Urbanna, Tappahannock, Kilmarnock o Deltaville dove si possono trovare ottimi ristoranti, ostriche e granchi (a seconda della stagione). Qualunque sia la stagione, è sempre rilassante al Rivah!

Loved the neighborhood! Beautiful views! Wind winery was definitely worth the trip. We kayaked, fished from the dock and rode our bikes. Friendly neighbors and very convenient to Food Lion.

Spacious home was ideal for a 2 family getaway. Place was clean and the main living area was large and spacious. Owners were very responsive. Having a large bowl of water on the back porch was very welcoming for our dog. The lot itself was very large giving you a lot of privacy. The screened in back porch was great for bug free dining outdoors. Hated to leave.

We rented this lovely home for a few days and just loved it. The home had everything we needed, clean and easy check in. The view over the water...great sunrises. Plenty of space and having rooms on each side of the home was nice too.

The house has a good layout and is very comfortable. The location is fairly rural which we like, but not too far to a grocery store. We caught blue catfish off the dock, went kayaking, and enjoyed watching the osprey and eagles. The yard is very big and we enjoyed playing cornhole and throwing the baseball. We would rent this house again.

Sunrises were amazing. It was a nice house with bedrooms on opposite side of the house for privacy. Sunroom is very nice addition to the property.

It’s easy to relax at the river cottage. My favorite “thing” was watching sunrise from the porch, which was recently screened in, and listening to the birds greet the morning. So tranquil! There’s a nice Food Lion close by, as well as various restaurants. Thanks, John & Paige!

Great well stocked river cottage. Love the stay here with family. Gorgeous views of the river and huge lot. The fact it was dog friendly was a huge plus. Only negative was having to take our own trash to the dump. Luckily a family member had a truck, or we would have been out of luck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! John & Paige were excellent hosts. We had to change our reservation due to hurricane Ian and they were very accomaditing. The cottage was great and the open covered porch was awesome. The river views and sunrises were amazing! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful views of the Rappahannock River! The home was open, bright and clean. The single story house makes it easy for grandparents to get around and to keep an eye on little ones. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property for a river vacation.

We were very comfortable at the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a quiet weekend fishing off the dock and enjoying the peaceful view of the water. We loved being able to bring our pups and the yard is a great size. Would definitely recommend!

Hands down the best home I have ever rented, and I have rented many over the years .The hosts were wonderful and the home exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a group or large family. The layout allows for privacy when needed and gathering for fun, comfortably anytime. 6 adults and 2 toddlers and never crammed together. Huge yard both front and back, Truly wonderful.
