“The property was very open, pleasing and comfortable for the most part. It had some lovely finishes - especially in the bathrooms, but the kitchen was very dated and the attic was open and unfinished. We also had some issues with hot water. Hosts were quick to respond. ”

“Staff were friendly. Room decor on 3rd floor was very interesting, whoever the interior decorator was, needs to find a new career. Bed was comfortable, had a great sleep. Hairs in bathtub. Didnt use it. Nice that breakfast is included but the scrambled eggs were wet, cold, and did not taste like eggs. No bacon, only sausage. Very poor breakfast selections. Did not use the pool or gym but they looked ok, not big. Good place to stay for 1 night, just passing through.”

“Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift. Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience.”

“We loved this Vrbo rental! It was exactly as described- clean, comfortable and well-maintained. It is very well equipped with everything one might need during a stay!The location was perfect - close to a nice restaurant and despite being on a main street, it was very quiet.The host was quick to respond and gave clear directions on its location and where to park. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.We would definitely stay here again. Great value for your money! Highly recommend...
