“Extremely clean, would have thought we were the first ever people to stay with how tidy everything is. Beds super comfortable.”

“The property was great. With the exception of two parking spots, it had everything we needed, but we managed and hoped not to get a parking ticket. A perfect location and walking distance to all that we needed. It would probably be too expensive for us otherwise, but we stayed here for a special occasion weekend. One drawback was that we had concerns about how clean the dishes, silverware, and cutlery were when we first arrived. However, if the unit had more dishwasher tablets, this problem...

“The best place to relax & unwind. Situated on the river's edge, extremely quiet with great views. The only thing you supply is food & beverage. Locally fresh seafood is caught daily & can bought in the markets. Plenty eateries of all kinds. Also close to other notable towns.Seven days was not enough.”

“Paula runs a great spot. It’s a quiet, modern and well appointed studio, away from the hustle of Byron yet close enough for a very short walk to enjoy the hospo and vibe and of course, the beach. We were golfing so only a short drive to Byron Bay GC. A few treats on arrival, constant suggestions of things to do in the area, a great host. ”

“A comfortable and homely apartment with good kitchen and laundry facilities and 2 reasonable sized bedrooms. Particularly lovely shower! Best tho is the easy walk to bus exchange, town and beach. ”

“We loved staying at this property it was listed accurately with a price that matches the place. It wasn't perfect and we weren't looking for absolute luxury, but it was comfortable, great location and very clean. The location is fantastic and the house layout was great for a big family- the six of us. Some of the drawbacks are - the beds aren't comfortable and there isn't any aircon so might be hot in January.”
