“We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed.
The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning...

“From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable.

“Lovely staff, great option for room service, lovely facilities for use included in stay. We also had breakfast too!
The hotel is a lovely place in a lovely location, peacocks were a great added sight! There were some parts of the hotel that could use a little spruce up but on the whole we were very happy!”

“All the staff we interacted with were brilliant. Front desk, bar and restaurant, and the spa. Could not have been friendlier, or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. But Zara on front desk was exceptional. She made us so welcome, and on discovering details about our reservation were not on their record, organised a card and gifts to make our celebration that much more special. The grounds and spa are great. Our room was excellent. ”
