“I have stayed at a few of these hotels for work as I travel around quite regularly. There seems to be a reoccurring theme that the bathrooms have a really horrible drain smell. I would have mentioned this to staff but I dropped my bags off to the room went for dinner come back and it was already around 8:30- 9:00. “Rubbish was found all over the floor (plastic nails, bottle of water under the dressing table, half eaten cookie), bed extremely uncomfortable, food in the restaurant salty(when sent back the tone was like I was asking for more food, rather than trying to rectify error politely), no idea how this place is 4star, would never go back. Spa just re-opened after refurb, but works still going on, debri everywhere, smell of silicone in the changing room revolting. Staff on reception and spa lovely. ”

“Nice caravan, good location on the site. Welll equipped and clean. Site is huge, with everything you need. 5 min walk to the beach. Car park space was in an odd location to the front and left of the caravan, and was not very clearly marked (paint on pavement had worn off) and someone parked in our space one night meaning we had to park on the grass.”
