“Ho soggiornato per due settimane con i miei figli adolescenti presso l'hotel Country Inn di Jalandhar (India), non è mai mancato nulla né a me né a loro, buona la cucina, ottimo il servizio di lavanderia, camera e bagno ampi e confortevoli. Tutti gli addetti molto cortesi senza essere invadenti. Ottimo anche il servizio di sicurezza.”

“Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according...

“Our second time staying at this hotel and this stay exceeded our expectations. I was on a vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite, decorated my room and left us a cake. Breakfast selection is very good. We ate at the hotel for Christmas Eve buffet, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will also come back to stay at this hotel.”

“Área and condition hotel really bad. It dirty doesn’t even look close to pictures. Dirty room and bed sheet and towels. No privacy they don’t even let you hold onto your own room key if your going out to eat. Can’t trust your stuff inside room. ”

“Lovely 11 night stay. Fabulous attentive and caring staff, everyone couldn’t do enough for us. We had a tired Deluxe King suite. Bed was comfy, good shower although you had to let the water run for 5-7 mins before the hot water kicked in, TV’s were a little temperamental but the maintenance crew quick and fixed any issues.
