“We were very very disappointed when check in , we booked one the apartment 3 bedrooms sea view & fireworks, but They want to give us 3 bedrooms different level no view at all , we rejected it then we had the problem too much problem communicated with owner ,5 hours couldn’t check in because she didn’t know ENGLISH at all , she took the email from Expedia then translated it in Vietnamese languages , wasn’t exactly that the booking, finally after 5 hours fighting then she gave us the apartment 3...

“Property location was far from posting. Inaccurate pictures on posting. Deceptive practices to obtain renters. Property management company goes through many persons- transfer of customers annoying. Communication through many people of multiple levels. No hand soap, no hand towels. Newer location- some grab and buggy drivers unfamiliar with location.”

“Comfortable apartment with nice view over the neighbouring forest, this was very enjoyable. Practical balcony and washing machine, also well equipped kitchen. Fails a bit on the side of cleanliness, although bedding was great, the towels always had stains on them, also kitchenware did not feel exactly clean. Bed was very comfortable and when we had extra requests get answers quite soon. ”
