ApartHotel a Phu Quoc

“Clean room. Loved the view of the beach and everything. Fireworks was amazing. Room is always cool and everything was clean and perfectly fine.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was not very pleasant. The noise from the neighboring room and the room above made it impossible for us to sleep well. The soundproofing is really poor, and noise from the hallway and common areas can be clearly heard inside the room.”

“This is my second time with Elyday. The front desk staff exceeded my expectations - informative and helpful.”

“Room was good , ac was good , walkway to be corrected little for safety reasons”

“불꽃놀이는 잘보입니다”

“The room was nice with balcony view. ”

“Agent checked us in a mountain view instead of beach view which we booked for fireworks at night, after we refused then tried to check us in another unit with a 10% beach view between 2 buildings, it doesn’t match what we booked, they arranged it again finally we checked in the unit we booked after 3 and half long hours which we were dragging our luggage walked up and down the hill in the weather around 100 degrees outside, been throwing around like a ball, shower floor drain were clogged and...

“Comfortable apartment with nice view over the neighbouring forest, this was very enjoyable. Practical balcony and washing machine, also well equipped kitchen. Fails a bit on the side of cleanliness, although bedding was great, the towels always had stains on them, also kitchenware did not feel exactly clean. Bed was very comfortable and when we had extra requests get answers quite soon. ”

“La stanza era bella con uno splendido panorama ”

“Forfærdeligt koncept hvor man blev kastet rundt mellem afdelinger, og skulle vente på at en agent skulle komme og lukke os ind. Absolut ingen service, og beliggende i en absurd kunstigt opbygget by med et forsøg på at ligne noget mellem Disneyland og legoland”

“This is the best stay I have had. The awesome view of island sunset and I can watch fireworks from the balcony every night. The room is super clean, has washer, dryer and full size refrigerator. ”

“スタッフは親切でした。些細なことでも、すぐに対応してくれました。 また滞在したいです。”
