“Our experience overall was a poor one! For a property rated 5 star, they are fooling people, it should be rated 2 or at max 3 stars, just based on the sheer size of it. To begin with, we were a large group of 13 people (8 adults and 5 kids). Our kids were of various ages, the youngest being 2.5 year olds. We arrived at 1pm at the property only to know that villas have not been allotted yet and those allotted were far off. Then our friends paid for an upgrade, for which they took the payment...

“We like the swimming pools and the cooking class organised on Tuesday a lot. The overall service and environment and cleanness are good. But food in Oku wasn’t as delicious as expected. The private candlelight dinner on the beach was so windy that we actually could not enjoy it slowly, the service and the view were good tho.”

“Fantastic resort. Staff were very helpful. Biggest resort I’ve ever stayed in, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Beautiful pool & good happy hour every day. Great buffet breakfast. One of our kids needed stitches and there was a nurse on site that assessed him very quickly and helped us with information to the nearest medical centre. This area of phu quoc is mostly just resorts. There were however some nice restaurants on the beach right next door to the resort if you don’t want to...
