The property is nice. Room worked out for us. Everyone had a bed. Shower was great. Kitchenette worked for our needs. The loft area is warm and bright because of high ceiling windows. Would be great if some window coverings were added. That side gets afternoon heat and over looks the parking lot, so there are street lights and cars parking at night.

Outdated room. Shower was not hot. Pool and hot tub were excellent however to get to these amenities you have to walk out in the freezing cold.

Cozy loft with a great view

The lodge, within a golf club was at the perfect location in between Durango and Purgatory. The surrounding area was beautiful, the apartment very functional and perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool and adults loved the fitness center and hot tub.

Peaceful getaway

The complete experience was a joy. Directions to get to Tamarron were simple, getting checked in was simple and the lodging was perfect. There are two restaurants on site that are both excellent. The staff was so kind also. I'll be taking my husband back for our anniversary.

Prefect for our family

We had a great stay. The kitchen is small but had all we needed for preparing our meals. The loft adds the extra space for hanging out comfortably. We never felt to cramped. The pool and fitness room were great. It was the perfect fit for our family of 6. It’s beautiful area and we loved that is was in the mountain but quick to get to Durango. It also was an amazing drive to Silverton. We hope it available to rent next year when we come

Good location and ammenties

The area was lovely and we did get the utilize the pool and restaurant and really enjoyed walking about the golf course. I was nice after a day of hiking. The apt met our needs but wasn't anything fancy. Pros were location, complex, upstairs loft, updated bathroom and access to laundry. Cons were main bed was horrible and the unti wasn't very clean. I go over every place we stay with clorox wipes (due to covid), and of the 5 different places we stayed on our vacation, this was the only one that the wipes were coming off brown from dust and grime. I recommend they get a new cleaning service. Otherwise, this is a perfectly nice rental for accessing the local hiking.

Escellent place for families

My family of 4 had an excellent stay in this property - very clean and well maintained. This is an excellent property with very good amenities such as heated swimming pool and kids play area. It is very close to purgatory resort and the drive from Durango downtown is very scenic.

Dining inconvenience/misleading description

The description was misleading. It appeared as though there was a washer and dryer in our room and you had to pay to wash clothes down the hall. Also the room we were in the outlets were weird and it was hard to figure out how to charge devices. The AC did not cool the loft so it was very hot to sleep upstairs. Also the resort did not have convenient dining services for guest. Members of Glacier came first which made it hard to get in to eat. Therefore driving a good distance was required.

The Lodge!

This was in the perfect location right between Durango & Silverthon. The lodge was big enough for a family of 5 without feeling on top of one another. We would definitely come back.
