Bella Vista House si trova nella splendida foresta nazionale di San Juan con una straordinaria vista sulle montagne! Unico e perfettamente situato a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Durango, esplorare Mesa Verde e sciare Hesperus! Splendida casa con un ampio piano aperto che include una cucina gourmet con tutti i comfort. La casa ha una camera da letto privata al piano superiore con un letto matrimoniale, T. V e bagno privato. Il piano principale ha un letto king size situato su un ex palco circondato da tende per la privacy + T. privato con accesso a un bagno completo. Un altro letto matrimoniale è situato al piano principale con una splendida vista delle stelle di notte (questo letto si trova nell'ampio soggiorno con uno schermo per la privacy). Il soggiorno è dotato di un grande schermo a T. V, molti posti a sedere eleganti e confortevoli, un futon e divano letto + tavolo e sedie da pranzo. La casa fornisce lenzuola, asciugamani, macchine da caffè, tostapane e una griglia esterna puliti e freschi. Entrando in questa casa unica dirai "wow" alle più incredibili viste sulle montagne! La casa era un'antica sala da concerto con musica e balli della contea, situata in un ranch privato di cui Louie La`mour scriveva! Vivi una vera vacanza in Colorado in alta montagna a casa Bella Vista. Tanto spazio per soggiorni con più ospiti! Mountain Retreat

A very comfortable place off the beaten path. But not too far. Stunning vista and immersed in beautiful countryside. The full kitchen was great. As well as easy access to go and explore.

One of the kind place

see stars from the bed on stage! You don’t need to be sitting outdoor to embrace the outdoor views. Great for family that doesn’t need a lot of privacy. Easy access to la plata canyon, best place to stay near mesa verde while still have mountains instead of dessert scenery.

Cool place!!

It is a very unique property. Pictures definitely do not do it justice. Very easy to get to and an awesome view! Highly recommend for a family not really needing private rooms.

Wonderful View

This property is stunning on the views. It is comfortable. The only thing is it only has one bedroom and it’s hot. The other two beds are in the living room. One bed is on a stage (use to be a dance hall). There is no railing down the stairs which is not good for older people. All in all we had a good time. We did have a bat in the roof. He didn’t really bother us too bad.

Sword of truth ranch

First of all the pictures on VRBO do NOT do this property justice!! As soon as we entered the house we were blown away at the amazing log work inside the home as well as the views from inside!! I joked with my wife that the house was overkill for just the two of us but we ended up having a fantastic experience overall!! Love this house and will definitely look into it again in the future!!

Even better than the photos!

This place is fabulous! The mountain views through the three-story windows are terrific. Excellent kitchen and other amenities. Close to Durango and other sites. Property manager is very responsive. We had so much fun hanging out in the main room and just enjoying the space.

Comfortable with Pretty views

This property was larger than I expected but in the sense of openness. The main room is large and open and has a beautiful view of the mountains. It snowed 16-18 inches and it made for gorgeous scenery. There was a restaurant about 2 miles down that road that was pretty darn good. I recommend this place if you have a 6-10 group.

Short holiday get away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the home was everything as advertised. Just outside of Durango but minutes away and only 45 minutes from Purgatory. We were hoping the Hesperus ski area would be open to do some tubing but it was not. Just FYI for this time of year and nothing at all to do with the home. Thank you!

3 generation family getaway

This home was amazing for our small family getaway! The home is spectacular. We were actually surprised with a bear sighting to our delight. We went to Mesa Verde and Durango. We all enjoyed my husband playing the piano and the acoustics were fabulous. I love unique rentals and this was perfect.

Wow factor!

The views are incredible. Lots of space to spread out. Great communication with host when we had an issue with the refrigerator. He got everything fixed quickly. Just a quick tip... bring a sleep mask and ear plugs... there's no escaping the sun with all of those beautiful enormous windows and if you have any light sleepers, the shared space can be a bit noisy. We truly did enjoy this unique stay and it is a beautiful place indeed!!!

Peaceful Beauty

The space was great. Nothing but nature out the back door and awesome accommodations. Gourmet kitchen for home chefs!!! We ran into a small maintenance issue, and the owner responded immediately and had it resolved in less than 2 hours. Ron followed up with us afterward to make sure we were all set. Loved this property and will stay again next time we visit Durango!!

The property is even better than the pictures show. The views are to die for and the short distance from town makes it peaceful without having to be too far away. The check-in process was easy and everything was easily explained about the property and what comes with it. We enjoyed our stay, the listing presented the beds as separate bedrooms, but they are in open space. Going forward, maybe advertise as no bedrooms but beds in open space.

Great views, great location

Very interesting property in gated area. Secluded yet location was great. Short drive to Durango and close also to Mesa Verde. The property owner was always available. Incredible views, professional kitchen. Just know the 2 beds on main level are behind curtains which did not affect us. Would definitely stay again.
