La nostra cabina di 1.500 piedi quadrati, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, animali domestici, si trova su un acro che si affaccia su uno stagno di trote rifornito e si trova a 2 miglia dal Purgatorio e 23 miglia (meno di 30 minuti) dal centro di Durango. Questa residenza offre una completa ristrutturazione interna ed esterna con appuntamenti moderni che completano l'atmosfera rustica di montagna della casa.

Questa struttura offre una vera esperienza in cabina di montagna in Colorado, con un laghetto rifornito per la pesca proprio fuori dalla porta sul retro e una vasca idromassaggio con vista sul laghetto con una splendida vista sulle scogliere di Hermosa e un patio coperto con barbecue a gas. Ci sono due laghi ricreativi eccezionali nelle vicinanze, Electra e Havilland, e la zona è piena di sentieri escursionistici e diversità ricreative tra cui racchette da neve e sci di fondo, quattro ruote, motoslitta, mountain bike e molte altre attività ricreative. Great place, good location between Durango and Silverton. Anyone with a teenage daughter knows they are hard to please but she had a fantastic week at this property. Did not catch and fish in the pond and don’t think it was stocked. Only thing I didn’t try was explosives ( ha ha). But the trails around the property was fun. If you take the train to Silverton do the bus on the way home if you have kids- hint hint. Overall ( and this is what the kids say) was worth the 3 day drive to and 3 days back. Thx

We loved our stay! The cabin is located nearby to Purgatory Ski Resort, Silverton, and Durango, and we enjoyed all 3 places on our trip. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and our dogs were happy to be with us. The host company emailed/texted us a couple of times during the trip asking for us to reach out if there were any issues.

This cozy cabin was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 4 daughters. The location was exactly what we needed to fit our trip needs. The hot tub was much needed after snow days on the mountain. We left a sled behind because it got lost in so much snow. It was just magical.

The cabin was located 1 mile away from the purgatory ski resort. Accessibility was excellent. The cabin was clean with the amenities needed for a weeks stay. Main bedroom is a full size bed, pretty tight for 2 people to sleep comfortably. The 4 beds in the upstairs loft are twin size. If your traveling with adults or teenagers, the bed are small. The sofa pull-out bed is in need of a new mattress. The jacuzzi is wonderful. The views are incredible.

This little house was a perfect place for our family of 2 high school girls and my husband and I. This is the closest we have stayed to Purg and it was perfect! The best thing was the hot tub on the back patio. We used it every night even on the snowstorm and now we will have a hard time renting without one;-) We had an issue with the internet not working but management responded quickly and since it didn’t get fixed until the end of our stay they gave us a 10% refund which was appreciated! FYI…cell service is horrible up there so internet is definitely needed.

Absolutely loved this property! My husband, one year old, and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a relaxing, wonderful time. The place was clean, checking in was easy, and they had plenty of bedding/toiletries/kitchen tools/etc. for us to use. The jacuzzi worked great!

This place was amazing! The house and property were fantastic and fit all four of us very well. There is a snowplow the services the area and this house is first up. It’s only 5ish minutes from Purgatory which really sealed the deal on everything. The hot tub was perfect our back and there’s even a little fireplace type of thing in the living area (electric but puts out goons heat and has logs/flames). Thanks for a great place to stay!!

Very cool property! Its served our purposes well. There are some opportunities though.... Highway noise is a bit much to truly relax as the pictures might suggest. And the pond...well....I don't think there are any fish in it. We used the gas grill twice and then it ran out of propane. There was no backup tank and when I called for assistance (Andy)....I got none. The unfortunate thing is that we had planned a big grill out on the wonderful deck and couldn't. The master bedroom faucet leaked and three of the cabinets in the kitchen had knobs that kept falling off. Finally, there are mice however we kind of expected it as we are surrounded by wildlife.

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was cozy and had nice quality towels. During heat of summer, the upstairs loft got pretty hot with no AC. Additionally the house is very close to the highway so there is some road noise. Overall I very much recommend and enjoyed this cabin, you just need to be aware of the minor issues above.

We had a blast and spent most of our time in the hot tub. We enjoyed watching the wildlife. There was a herd of elk and some geese with four goslings. The weather was perfect.

My wife and I traveled up for some skiing for a long weekend. We wanted a private cabin in the woods with a hot tub and that’s exactly what we found with this property. The location was perfect for getting to Purgatory in the morning. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. I would recommend this for any couple or family looking to get away. We will be back!!

Loved this property and will stay here again. Amazing location and NO MICE.. All the old reviews about mice worried us but we had no trouble with this. So close to purgatory ski resort and a few close restaurants that were awesome as well. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful cabin in the woods. Hot tub worked great as well. Definitely would recommend this place to others .

We loved staying in this cabin that was SO close to the Purgatory Resort. We were also happy to only be about 30 minutes to downtown Durango. The cabin was perfect for our ski trip, to relax in the hot tub after a day of ski and to be able to dry all of our gear using the dryer! The home was also pet friendly, so we were able to bring our pup who had so much fun running around in the snow! Would definitely recommend this place. The only concern we had was the stairs coming down from the loft were super slippery and one of the guests slipped and hurt her knee. Otherwise, no complaints and we very much enjoyed our stay!
