Casa Durango - 3 BR 1BA, Pet Friendly Home in Durango in W 2nd Ave

Casa Durango è un'incantevole casa con 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno di 1300 piedi quadrati situata sulla griglia nord-occidentale di Durango. La nostra casa è stata originariamente costruita nel 1896 ed è stata recentemente aggiornata per includere una nuova cucina, bagno, vernice interna e arredi. Ha ancora quella sensazione vintage ma ha tutti i comfort moderni. La nostra casa, come la maggior parte delle case di Durango, non ha aria condizionata, ma la temperatura è facilmente gestibile.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie e utensili e il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente quattro persone e ha un'anta aggiuntiva per sederne ancora un po '. Il soggiorno ha un divano a L, un grande pouf, una TV Samsung da 40 "con DirecTV e WiFi ad alta velocità.
Due camere hanno nuovi comodi letti matrimoniali e la terza camera ha un nuovo divano letto doppio con materasso estraibile e tutte hanno lenzuola e cuscini di alta qualità. La terza camera ha anche un grande beanbag, TV a schermo piatto da 36 "con DirecT & Roku e molti scaffali contenenti giochi e puzzle. Il cortile è recintato e c'è un nuovo barbecue a gas sul ponte. Durante l'estate c'è una sala da pranzo all'aperto sul ponte che può ospitare sei persone.
La nostra casa è adatta ai cani. Il giardino è abbastanza ben recintato ma non abbastanza sicuro da contenere un cucciolo che vuole davvero esplorare il quartiere.
Cammina, sali su uno dei nostri incrociatori (5 disponibili) o prendi il Durango Trolly che ferma a 1 isolato da casa nello storico quartiere del centro per cenare, fare shopping, bar o semplicemente passeggiare.
Ci sono così tante fantastiche attività all'aperto dentro e intorno alla zona di Durango: Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Rail Road, Parco Nazionale di Mesa Verde, Durango Mountain Resort, Sky Ute Casino, Telluride, Medaglia d'oro, pesca con la mosca, fiume Animas, equitazione, golf, sci, tour in jeep, rafting, caccia, kayak, quartiere storico, shopping, mountain bike e su strada di classe mondiale, tour panoramici e tour in moto.
Il fiume Animas è a soli tre minuti a piedi dalla casa. Se scegli di camminare in centro, il ponte girevole sul fiume Animas è a pochi isolati, così come la pista ciclabile. Il centro storico di Durango è a meno di un miglio dalla casa e una facile passeggiata.

Property was perfect for my wife and I and our dog. Fenced in front and backyard was very helpful. Quiet part of town and close to restaurants and grocery store. Very nice.

Just back from a fabulous long weekend in Durango. Thus property was clean, cozy, well equipped and down right fantastic. Everything went smoothly, the property owners were so easy to communicate with, and everything was super easy.

We loved the house and the enclosed yard. We came for Thanksgiving and to ride the Polar Express. Unfortunately, only one of those happened as the train had maintenance issues the night we were supposed to ride. However, we enjoyed just relaxing at the house and eating the massive amounts of thanksgiving food and chocolate from the stores downtown.

The property was wonderful. It is an older home that has been renovated but still kept the old world charm. We had a great stay. The dogs enjoyed the back yard. Hosts were easy to work would. Would stay there again.

This was a perfect rental for our family coming in for thanksgiving with extended family living in town but wanting to have our own space to retreat to. The beds were comfortable, the shower hot and strong, and the kitchen well stocked for our needs. Location is great, off street parking with a garage to put our bikes in. The house was warm and cozy without being cramped. We will book again when we visit Durango next.

The kitchen had everything we needed, there were dog biscuits for our dog, Marla, the bed we used was very comfortable and yard was really nice. Responses to our questions were helpful and quick. We were able to walk and ride our bikes to downtown and grocery stores.

We visited Durango with our daughter, her husband and 7 month old baby. The house was perfect! The yard was lovely for evening visits after the baby went to bed. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway.

Lisa and Johnny have an amazing property. It was such a lovely home and perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious and situated perfectly in Durango. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and an easy drive to all that Durango has to offer. They also did a great job communicating with us before, during and after our stay. We look forward to staying here again on a future trip!

My girlfriend and I visit Durango often with our two dogs. Casa Durango was the best pet friendly home we rented so far. We both had to work during this visit and the house had enough room for us to work and get some space when on business calls. The kitchen was very well outfitted with reasonably sharp knives if you like to cook (One of my pet peeves is crappy dull knives!). And there is a Weber grill on the back porch - the best option for outdoor grilling. We went to Sunnyside Farms Market one night and picked up some fresh Rainbow Trout and had a great meal using that grill. The back yard with the deck was perfect for relaxing with a good craft beer after a long hike and the dogs totally loved the fenced in back yard. We really enjoyed our stay and will try to stay here the next time we visit Durango.

We had a great stay in Durango! Casa Durango was clean, well appointed and in a safe neighborhood. Everything we could think of needing was there. We were comfortable and felt at home. Loved the bikes and took many family rides along the Animas River ...just minutes from the house. Great Mexican food around the corner, and many other choice restaurants a few minutes away. Lisa and Johnny were very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Durango is a wonderful small town and this property really helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. We loved eating breakfast on the back deck, walking to the nearby Mexican restaurant for dinner and biking along the River. The house has all that we needed to make it feel like home and we would not hesitate to book it again.
