Questa splendida casa di lusso con accesso diretto alle piste ha tutto ciò che cerchi in una vacanza di prima classe. Esci dalla porta e scendi sulle piste o sii sulla montagna. Villaggio in pochi minuti. Il primo piano ha una cucina ben arredata con elettrodomestici in acciaio e posti a sedere al bar. L'open space alla zona giorno e pranzo consente a tutti di stare insieme e godersi la vista dalle straordinarie finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. Sono disponibili punti ristoro per 6 e posti a sedere per bar per 4. Sempre al primo piano si trova la bellissima master suite con letto king size e camino a gas e tv. C'è un piccolo patio sul retro perfetto per prendere un po 'd'aria fresca di montagna. Al secondo piano si trova la zona soppalcata con molto spazio per i bambini per rilassarsi e guardare un film. Uno dei divani è un divano letto matrimoniale e c'è un pouf con due letti singoli per ulteriori opzioni di sonno. Altre due camere da letto si trovano su questo piano. La prima ha una cuccetta piena, l'altra con un letto matrimoniale e ognuna ha il proprio bagno privato. Un altro pouf con due letti singoli si trova nella camera a castello. La casa è dotata di Wi-Fi nel caso in cui sia necessario rimanere connessi. Un garage annesso ti dà lo spazio per parcheggiare l'auto e tenere tutta l'attrezzatura fuori strada. Gli ospiti hanno accesso alla piscina riscaldata, alla vasca idromassaggio e al centro di allenamento presso il Purgatory Lodge principale incluso con la tassa resort dell'8%.

This is a wonderful property that is well maintained and has plenty of room. The location is perfect to enjoy the resort or go visit Durango, Silverton, Ouray, etc. Tons of activities for all interests in the area.

It was truly a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there were several spiders in the house and several of us were bitten. The layout of the house was perfect for my family. We had a very nice time in Durango and made some very nice memories.

Durango is an awesome mountain experience. Great snow, lots of runs and lifts not to crowded. Our condo was perfect. Quiet area. very close to Columbine Lift. We skiied for free with our young ones 7 and 5 and two 1 year olds that where just learning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Purgatory is a fun ski resort and we enjoyed the mountain. At the end of this condo’s driveway is the spot where you put on your skis and ski down to one of the short lifts that takes you up to the main village and the Purgatory Express six seater. Our kids are 15 and 11, they have skied before so this was not a problem. I could see it being difficult for true beginners like very young children. We had a blast! And the views of the mountains in the morning and at dusk were beautiful.

The condo itself was nice for the most part, however it is missing several things that it needs to deserve the premium price I paid for my stay. First of all, it is NOT Ski-in/Ski-Out. My idea of a ski-in/ski-out is that you step out of the condo put on your skis and make your way to the lifts and at the end of the day you ski up to your condo, remove your skis and walk into your condo. Although close enough to see the ski lift in this condo, there is not a way to ski to it. So we had to walk about 200 yards each morning in our ski boots and lugging our skis and poles to get to the ski lift or you can walk about 75 yards and get on the shuttle bus. However, when you arrived at the ski village you again had to walk about 200 yards, in your ski boots and lugging your skis and poles. You could rent a locker at the ski village to keep your skis and boots but that was the whole point of renting a ski-in/ ski out so that you wouldn’t have to. I am very disappointed that this unit is considered ski-in/ ski-out by VRBO. The other issues with the condo (again considering the price I paid), are there are no TVs in the 2 guests rooms. The condo had a great collection of VHS tapes that our grandkids would have been entertained by but there is no VHS player to play them. Another very disappointing aspect to our trip which is not the fault of the owners of the condo, VRBO or the management company, Red Cliff Reservations was the ski resort itself. Apparently they overbooked the number of lift tickets the mountain could handle during our stay, so it was very crowded. This was the first ski trip for our grandchildren and they all needed to learn to ski, but the conditions on the mountain were so crowded it was almost impossible to teach them, unless of course you paid the $200 for each to take lessons. In summary, the condo is nice but it is NOT Ski-in/Ski-out. This trip was our Christmas gift to our children and grandchildren and we were looking forward to it. For the price we paid, I feel cheated.

clean. nice fridge and stove. plenty of plates and utensils nice to have soap shampoo tissue tp etc - to get a family thru a week’s stay quality sheets and towels - all around great place and easy to stay only complaint is super intermittent wi-fi thruout the resort

We stayed here with my sister in laws family, there were 9 of us total and it was perfect. The bunk beds were able to fit 2 kids on each level so nobody had to sleep on the couches. My older daughter stayed on the pullout and said it was comfortable. We used the kitchen a little and it was nice. Had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing that I could complain about this house was all of the fees. Other than that it was a great stay, we stayed there in the summer but it would be great for Skiers too.

We spent an extended vacation at this condo and loved it. It had absolutely everything we needed. I was amazed with how well stocked the kitchen was and so organized. The bathroom had emergency supplies and all sorts of extras and there tons of information about the resort and things to do in the surrounding area. It felt like home. It was clean and comfortable and very easy for a family to feel at home. For one week, we had a second family staying with us and there was plenty of space. I highly recommend this for your next stay.

Location of this property was great. We enjoyed the great outdoors and family fun on mountain. Kitchen could have used a few more staple items. Beds were comfortable. Property was very clean. Would definitely stay again. FYI a/c unit was out. I would verify the a/c has been fixed as it was very warm in June.

Beautiful property for a family in such an amazing area of Colorado. Great communication with management and easy and secure access in and out of home. If wanting to do some of the summer/fall Purgatory mountain activities (i.e. coaster/alpine slide/lift) need to be there before October 4th. However, plenty to do locally and nearby anywhere you look! Wonderful family vacation!
