Questa struttura in Colorado è situata fuori dai sentieri battuti, ma comoda a tutti i servizi della città. La casa si trova ad un'altitudine di 6.867 piedi su 11 acri con vista sui Monti LaPlata. Circondato da vari alberi da frutto, uno stagno di pesci, alberi Aspen, giardino di meditazione e fauna selvatica che frequenta la proprietà ogni giorno.

Questa è la vacanza perfetta per un gruppo familiare di 8 persone o per un ritiro di coppia. La disposizione spaziosa offre una sala da pranzo e un tavolo per 8 persone, con un tavolo da pub per ospitare altri ospiti. Due master suite al piano superiore con vista meravigliosa e letti personalizzati. Il piano inferiore comprende lavanderia full size, sauna per ospitare 5-6, due camere aggiuntive e bagno in comune con vasca. Parcheggio coperto per due e spazio per più veicoli.

Close to Durango

The home was very clean. Several folks enjoyed the hot tub. Nice view of the mountains. Drive to town was less than 15 minutes. Easy vacation stay.

Definite must stay

We lived the location and cabin. Downsize….we didn’t stay more days. Loved the convenience of the distance from town and the amenities were perfect. We couldn’t get the hot tube to work for us second night but just ended up spending time in the sauna. The alarm end off on us one time but was able to figure it out fast and opening the door with code was kind of a hassle; just minor issues. Overall we loved our stay. Really wanted to see a bear and cubs but did see wild turkey and deers. And the lake is a lot closer than we thought.

The view from the deck of the mountains was so beautiful. We saw deer, wild turkey, fox, chipmunks, ground squirrels and loads of birds.The house was well stocked in the kitchen and laid out perfectly for us.

This property is absolutely beautiful and is away from everything which is great but only 15 minutes to Durango. The house is beautiful and spacious and the wrap around deck has a wonderful view of the snow capped mountains. The property is very clean and great water pressure for the showers. Some local wild life visited (mule deer and tons of anoles). I will definitely stay here again upon a return to ride the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad again which was awesome. The station is 15 minutes away. Had a great stay!

Magical Mountain Escape – Already Dreaming of Returning!

The short drive to town made everything super convenient while still keeping the getaway peaceful and idyllic. And let me just say, the hosts were amazing—super responsive and helpful, especially when we found ourselves in the middle of a massive snowstorm (talk about an adventure!).Without a doubt, we’d book this place again in a heartbeat! The only thing that could have made it even more perfect? If our pups could have joined in on the fun! But even so, this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland

We loved our stay. The area is so quiet and peaceful with amazing views from every angle! We had an issue with the water heater and the owners were on it right away and had the issue taken care of immediately.

Wonderful Experience!

Great Cabin, Tucked in the Woods!

Mountain view cabin

Beautiful mountain view property with nice deck. 4 beds and 3 bathrooms for adults and kids to utilize. Unfortunately, we needed two more bathroom towels for the kids. We couldn't find extra supply. The stove burners would not heat up large pots of water. The breaker tripped and heater turned off downstairs due to a few lights on for the kids, phones plugged in???? We couldn't use the hot tub because the water was green. Nice driveway for trailers. Nice overall stay for two nights with a few hiccups. No

Perfect large family house

Perfect stay for me and my four adult children. Large comfortable bedrooms with many bathrooms. Large living, bonus and dining room for family gatherings. We all enjoyed the large deck with hot tub for morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. Close enough to town yet away from all the noise for quiet evenings with the family. Would highly recommend to any larger family for a perfect getaway.

Perfect family get away!

The property and location were wonderful and gave us a great escape from the Tucson heat with our family. It's only about a 15min drive from downtown and multiple restaurants, museums, etc. and the drive "into town" is pretty. The rooms are well laid out as well - downstairs is perfect for teenagers and kids where the upstairs is set up well for adult stays. We traveled with two sets of grandparents, my husband and I, and our 3 and 1 year old and the room situation was perfect -- house had a pack n play and baby gate. Views off the deck were incredible and we spent the majority of our evenings and mornings sitting together watching the wildlife and hummingbirds and hanging together. Will absolutely visit again if/when we come back to Durango.

Amazing and great family memories

We had a family of 6 that ranged from 21 plus to Senior Citizen that stayed at the house. We were no strangers to Durango, but this was my future daughter in-laws first time. We booked this house based on the size/location/charm and it did not disappoint. The pictures do not do it justice since it's a lot larger than we had anticipated. The wild life we saw was simply amazing as we were greeted by deer every morning, and one evening almost ran into 2 bucks while driving in the driveway. Coffee on the deck was so relaxing with an exceptional view as well as watching the many hummingbirds that came to visit. Everyone had plenty of room in the house, and we cooked a few meals in the large kitchen. During the day we planned several excursions, and it was always a warm welcome to return to the cozy house. We spent many mornings drinking coffee on the deck, and the evenings we enjoyed the hot tub. I would definitely book this house again and we hope to return in the near future.

Great cabin for our large family.

The cabin was clean and functional if a little worn and has great views from all sides of the deck that wraps around three sides of the cabin. Its an easy 15 minute drive into town. We really enjoyed the sauna and found management to be very responsive to any requests.
