Il nostro condominio con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova a Peregrine Point (Unità 101), che è l'edificio più recente del Purgatory Resort.

Attraversa la piazza principale per un comodo accesso a ristoranti, noleggio sci, gastronomia e grandi negozi, nonché l'ascensore principale ad alta velocità, Purgatory Express, fino alla cima della montagna.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con splendidi ripiani in granito e utensili da cucina completi per ottimi pasti. Lo spazio abitativo principale dispone di un ponte per godersi l'aria fresca di montagna e la vista sulle piste!

Il condominio dispone anche di un garage riscaldato e di un ampio spazio guardaroba per tutte le attrezzature. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità e una griglia a gas sul ponte.

Per una tassa resort opzionale del 4%, avrai accesso al Durango Mountain Club che comprende una piscina riscaldata all'aperto con scivolo, vasca idromassaggio all'aperto e palestra. La tassa di soggiorno del 4% inclusa nel preventivo è la tassa di soggiorno richiesta che deve essere addebitata e non consente l'accesso al Durango Mountain Club. Al momento della prenotazione, basta avvisare se si desidera aggiungere la tassa resort extra del 4%.

Resta con noi e offriamo SCONTI sia sulle attività estive (rafting, equitazione ecc.) Che invernali (noleggio sci / snowboard, gite in slitta, escursioni in motoslitta ecc.).

Politica di cancellazione: è richiesto un pagamento di $ 300 al momento della prenotazione. Questo pagamento di $ 300 viene applicato all'importo totale dovuto ed è rimborsabile solo entro 72 ore dal momento della prenotazione. Se la data di arrivo è entro 45 giorni dalla prenotazione, è richiesto il pagamento completo al momento della prenotazione. Le cancellazioni o le modifiche che comportano un soggiorno abbreviato, che vengono effettuate entro quarantacinque (45) giorni dalla data di arrivo, perdono l'intero importo della prenotazione mentre le cancellazioni effettuate con più di quarantacinque (45) giorni prima dell'arrivo perdono solo il pagamento di $ 300 effettuato al momento della prenotazione. Per le prenotazioni di almeno trenta (30) notti, la politica di cancellazione sopra riportata aumenta a sessanta (60) giorni prima della data di arrivo. Offriamo un'assicurazione di viaggio.

The beds were comfortable, there was a nice view from two bedrooms, great windows for letting in the cool air for the summertime. As it tells you in the description, there is NO A/C. I would definitely stay here again! Close to many things: hiking, slide and coaster at the resort, small lake for fishing and/or paddling in small boats, fresh air, and about 30 minutes from downtown Durango, which was fun too!

Beautiful condo right at the base of Purgatory. I love staying up here in the Summer because it's so quiet and peaceful compared to staying in Durango. The drive up and back to Durango to kayak or have dinner is a nice part of the day.

Great location and ground floor - awesome stay

Loved how close the ground floor patio exit is to Purg Village. Made it so easy for everyone to come and go…not to mention the convenience for parking. ; ). Nice place inside, comfortable and spacious.

Overall, we love staying at this condo. It was a little dirtier than last time. There were drawers in the kitchen with coffee and used spoons and the closet in the entry hallway had lots of debris and old goldfish when i opened it. Beside those two examples, everything what great. Well stocked, great location.

Great ski weekend

Nice 3 bedroom condo that I think was even a bit nicer than the photos. The split master was nice to have allowing privacy. There are two gas fireplaces, including one in the master. The location on the first floor made loading and unloading easy via the back door. I can also confirm that the new coffee maker mentioned in previous reviews worked well. Communication was great via message and email and included everything we needed to know. Repairs are needed on some of the blinds, but this certainly didn't affect our trip. Just an FYI for the owners. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The only negative we experienced were the twin beds in one of the rooms. They were very uncomfortable and the bedding was seriously lacking with only one flat pillow per bed. I would not stay there again for that reason.

Great stay

Property is great. A few amenities need replacing: coffee maker leaks and I suggest getting one with an auto off feature. Toaster doesn’t work properly either. We had to retrieve a toy from under the couches, it was very dirty and had not been cleaned under in some time. More couch sitting space would be great also. Communication it always prompt and helpful. Great location to the slopes and pool. Love the lower level access to the parking lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this condo Summer 2022 for summer fun and this Spring for late season snowboarding. We had a great time both stays. We love this condo. The homeowners do a great job keeping the property up and our stay was very comfortable. I like the first floor access and it's steps away from everything at Purgatory. I booked this property as a Marriott Ambassador member through the Marriott Homes and Villas program. Which is an absolute disaster. There is no ability to contact Marriott about the reservation. In fact the regular Marriott reservation staff can't touch a "Homes and Villa" reservation, and instead refer you to the depths of corporate Email ****. I'd happily book this condo again, I just won't book it through Marriott.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit in a great location. Well stocked kitchen and everything was in good shape except some of the blinds. Lower level and could walk out through the slider which was super convenient The only downer was the guy at the Purg main lodge. We went to use the pool and hot tub and we found out there was a $26 charge per night to use those facilities and he just made it purposefully difficult to get the process done. Total hall monitor syndrome, rather than just be nice and guiding us through the process. It took a lot of patience not to call him an A-hole. The person we spoke with from VRC was super nice, I think her name was Anna. She was helpful and was surprised that the front desk dude was being such a stickler. The purg lodge folks will sleep well knowing they have a guy that enforces the rules but forgets customer service in the process. The facilities are nice and worth paying the $26 a day to use for a group. Loved our stay and would rent this unit again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great fun playing Klackers a locally made game that we found at in condo. Great loc of the Condo. At street level and parking right outside the door. Very convenient and an ez walk up to Main Plaza. The VRC did have a hiccup when I went to get the pool pass at the lodge desk. The front desk clerk had no info and directed me to call VRC. The VCR rep on the phone was pleasant but couldn't find my reservation. I had to repeat several times my reservation time, which property was rented, and my last name. Next, she said she'd get the info over to the lodge and I could go pick up the key card from them. I declined, since already there and asked how long it would take? She replied within 2 min. I waited on the line with her until the desk clerk had what he needed. It maybe the low occupancy there in the summer or too many pokes in the fire but something is definitely missing in management, professionalism and integrity. This is our second time staying on the grounds there with 2 diff rental companies as well.. That's a hint but not to be taken against VRC. -- Two different experiences. This time very disappointed on how some activities, (especially when paying by a session), shuttle and outdoor food service by the pool were being run. This is not a Covid problem. A shout out to the team of Colorado Outback adventures(at Main Plaza) - highly recommend and as well as the team at Twilight Lake Board and Boat. (one activity at the Lodge) cu-do's to both. Looking for groceries... a small but decent store is on the right going from resort into Durango (connected to gas station), continue on down there's again in a small grocer in a strip on left. City Market is a large grocer appx 35min from lodge. I love Colorado! So sorry you r reading about my disappointing experience. In my opinion Durango's best asset is the Durango Community Recreation Center. Great staff & pricing. Go Zip at Durango Adv

Great condo

Condo was lovely and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Condo was on first floor so easy access to car. You could just walk out of the condo’s patio area to your car. Condo was also close to pool area. Quick response from management when we had a question on arrival. Close to a lot of great hikes. We were there in October and there is very little food in the area in the off season. Would recommend stopping for groceries on your way through Durango.
