Paradise privato vicino alla città, in una prestigiosa comunità lago

Questo è il posto giusto per vivere una vacanza vera Durango! Con incredibile vista a 360 gradi sulle montagne e paesaggio immacolato, rinnovato di recente, Double J offre una cucina completa, una zona pranzo e soggiorno con una bella luce proveniente dalle imponenti 2 finestre di storia. Il soggiorno dispone di una stufa a legna per le notti fredde, e una piccola biblioteca con libri legati al settore.

Off the soggiorno / sala da pranzo è un ampio ponte, il luogo ideale per godere di un pasto, o semplicemente assorbire la bellezza dei pioppi e pini gloriosi, ogni momento della giornata. Al di là dei motivi erbosi paesaggistico, potrete rilassarvi durante la visione di una serie di interessanti uccelli acquatici che abbondano dentro e intorno al vicino stagno. (Scusate, non la pesca!) Al piano nobile, vi è una seconda camera da letto con due letti singoli e un grande armadio. Adiacente a questa camera da letto è un ampio bagno con doccia.

Il livello superiore della cabina ha una grande master suite con letto king size, e un salottino attiguo - il luogo ideale per leggere, o semplicemente rilassarsi e prendere in questo ambiente straordinario. Il master ha un nuovo bagno completo con una grande vasca idromassaggio, doppi lavandini, e una cabina armadio.
L'arredamento della cabina è fatto in comodi arredi in stile Durango, con opere d'arte che vanta la meravigliosa fauna selvatica e il paesaggio che questa zona è conosciuta per. I soffitti alti portare molta luce naturale.

La Electra Lago privato può accedere registrandosi al cancello; è un ottimo posto per fare picnic, pesca e nautica, ed è a soli 2 minuti. C'è anche un ristorante proprio di stagione sul lago con cucina gourmet. Prendere la Durango & Silverton ferrovia a scartamento ridotto solo 1/4 miglio di distanza alla stazione Rockwood. Durango Mountain Resort si trova a soli 5 minuti di distanza. Ride la seggiovia nei mesi estivi e vedere le impressionanti 14.000 ft. San Juan Mountains. Il Resort dispone anche di uno scivolo popolare alpina, parete di arrampicata, e il labirinto umano.

Quaint and comfortable

Just what our family of four needed. Beautiful view through living room windows. Less than 10 min. To purgatory. Quiet back road. We'll equipped kitchen. We cooked two dinners and three breakfasts there. Easy check in and out.

Good for a small family

The highs.The location was great, just off the highway with entrance and exit lanes making it easy to access even at night. Under 10 minutes to Purgatory.The heating was great with separate thermostats for nearly every room.Nice little desk to get work done upstairs.The lows.The glass screen door does not close on its own and requires a good amount of force. The sliding glass door to the patio is also difficult to fully close.There is no garbage disposal and the kitchen trashcan does not have a lid. There is no larger bin on property, but requires a surprisingly long drive into the neighborhood to the dumpster.It also would have been nice to have access to the garage so we didn't have to scrape ice off the car in the morning.None of these are dealbreakers and overall our stay was great.and would likely stay again.

Thanksgiving

Beware these places that claim to be pet friendly until you book the reservation. After you pay you get the real pet attitude on what and where your pets can go. Not really pet friendly at all. Yard and deck in back are nice, but no fence between yard and busy corner you are on. Had I known the real attitude towards my pets I world have booked elsewhere. Btw very spendy for non secluded space. En suite master bath remodel was good though…

Great base camp

We used this property as a base camp for our Jeep excursions to Silverton, Ouray, Telluride etc. It was clean and well stocked with a beautiful backyard. Recommend it for small group with a pet.

Beautiful backyard

Great home with an incredible backyard area. Great space for our dogs. Checking in was difficult because the code was sent after I started driving and lost internet, so I had to drive to nearly to Durango to get the code. Owners live next door which caught us off guard and would have been nice to know before I drove back to internet access.

Durango Cabin

The location of the cabin is amazing! There is a little pond with fishes about 15 feet from the property. The cabin was roomy for our family of 4 and provided everything we needed. Response time from the property manager was quick, we definitely recommend this propery!

Durango Vacation

My wife and I stayed at this house for about a week. The location is great, between downtown Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort. A lot of hiking/biking within a short drive. The house had everything we needed. It was very hot the week we stayed there. A window unit AC upstairs cooled things off but was loud and could be an issue if you are light sleeper. The heat is probably only an issue in July. We highly recommend this house and the property management is really great.

Nice for skiing

Property and pictures were exactly as advertised. A bit dusty in places and cobwebs in windows. Would be nice if they upgraded the 1 old couch to an L-shaped couch or at least add a cushioned chair instead of the lawn chair that was there to accommodate 4 people. Other than that, our family enjoyed being close to the ski hill and the beautiful location.

The property was immaculate. The setting was beautiful, the furnishings were comfortable with the exception of the Master Bedroom mattress, which was uncomfortably hard.

Great place

I loved the little cabin, the remotish location, the quietnesses of the neighborhood. The pond was beautiful and I loved sitting on the deck. I have a few things that were not how I would have liked. The mattresses were not comfortable. I prefer a more luxurious mattress. These were more econo lodge than Hilton. They were inexpensive standard mattresses that my frugal grandma owns. Second, the jetted tub looked nice, but the hot water heater couldn’t produce enough hot water to fill it. Lastly, please consider changing out the wheels on the sliding glass door. They only last maybe 10 years, and this makes the door difficult to open and close. The only thing that makes me hesitate to recommend this place is the uncomfortable beds. Otherwise, it’s a great place.
