**** Il calendario è sempre aggiornato e puoi prenotare la proprietà online **** La nostra residenza di 2.500 piedi quadrati è stata costruita nel 2018 e dispone di 4 camere da letto e 4. 5 bagni e si trova a soli 3 miglia dal centro di Durango e 27 miglia (30 minuti) dalla stazione sciistica del Purgatorio. Questa casa si trova in uno degli ambienti residenziali più belli della zona di Durango e offre splendide viste a nord sulla valle dell'Animas - ma è a pochi minuti dal centro di Durango. Ad un'altitudine di 7000 piedi, goditi un ambiente alpino con viste eccezionali, pur essendo vicino a tutti i servizi e le attività ricreative incredibili che vieni a Durango per provare. La casa dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata e finiture di alto livello che ci si aspetterebbe in una nuova casa personalizzata mentre la cucina gourmet ben attrezzata dispone di fornelli a gas, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La 4a camera da letto si trova sul garage ed è accessibile tramite un ingresso separato. Questa camera da letto non ha aria condizionata, ma ha un ventilatore a soffitto e schermi per finestre e porte. C'è anche un ventilatore a scatola per mantenere la stanza fresca durante i mesi estivi. Un veicolo viene riposto nel garage. Un parcheggio è disponibile nel garage. C'è anche spazio per parcheggiare altre due auto nel vialetto. Beautiful house with a thoughtful floor plan, in a great area. It was super clean and extremely well stocked. The deck was a great gathering place with plenty of seating and amazing views. There wasn’t anything about the property that disappointed us. I must also mention that the management company was a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to respond to any questions from the moment I booked to checkout. This was by far a favorite rental for our family.

This home in Durango was perfect for our stay for our daughter‘s 35th birthday with some of her friends. The check in/code entry was very easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with implements and some herbs, etc.. The deck facing the mountains was lovely to sit on, and the hot tub great too Soak tired muscles after ATVing, horseback riding, etc.. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the bathrooms, clean, and lovely.

Bear Vacation

Great location, lovely home great property manager. Watched the wildlife department catch a mama bear and her three cubs and relocate to a more isolated area. That was a highlight! Would definitely go back to that house and would want to deal with that property manager!

Amazing views and good location

The home offered everything our group of nine needed. Great kitchen that was well equipped with indoor and outdoor dining capable of seating our group. The hot tub was clean and new and the garage was very helpful for storing bikes and outdoor equipment. One observation, the home is located about 1 mile from the end of the city pathway into downtown which made it hard to use our burley trailer straight out of the driveway. Recycling would have been utilized as well if made available.

Great Durango property

Super clean house. The layout is awesome for older kids as there's some separation between the master and other bedrooms. Home is super clean and everything you need is available. Short drive to downtown. We loved it.

Delightful

The property was delightful. It is close to town but has a rural feel. The view of the mountains was quite lovely. The house was spacious. The 9 of is never felt crowded. The kitchen is well supplied.Each bedroom has a full bath even the room over the garage. The room over the garage exceeded my expectations. It was as comfortable as the main house. The propery managers were very helpful and responsive. When we walked in we found a lighted Christmas tree and decorations. It created a feeling of warmth and home. We all enjoyed this home immensely. We expect to be back.

Incredible Viewse

This is an incredible home and by far one of the nicest vacation rental experiences I have had. The property is pristine with plenty of entertaining space and it is ideal having an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. We also valued the deck area and taking in the gorgeous views. I would stay here again without a doubt in the future. Also the property management team was helpful and very attentive.

Beautiful home

This is a gorgeous home as described on the website. Plenty of room (although it was just my two sisters and I). We each had our own bedroom/bathroom and having the TV in each bedroom was a plus. We had beautiful weather during our stay and did sightseeing during the day and hung out at night playing games. The back deck had beautiful views. Modern appliances and plenty of supplies to get you started. The rental agency was very attentive and offered their assistance if we needed it. Had a great time on our annual “Sisters’ Trip”.

Durango train trip

Wow! Very beautiful view and decorated so nicely. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The cleaning crew did such a wonderful job. This was 10 minutes from Durango RR and very convenient. We enjoyed the convenience of having a grill too. Lastly we all slept well in the comfortable beds.

All it's cracked up to be

An EXCELLENT, GORGEOUS place to stay. Basically 10 minutes from everything. Very responsive management company. We were initially worried that the 4th BR would be too hot because it was uncomfortable when we first arrived (temps were hitting ~90F). But once it cooled down at night, it stayed a comfortable temperature if you didn't open the windows during the day.

We came exploring Colorado. Great please to stay. We really enjoyed all the space. We were not able to utilize the upstairs bedroom /bathroom as there is no air. The VRBO advertising should be cleared on that.
