This suite, located on 2nd Avenue, is within walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, and experiences in Durango, Colorado!

Enjoy a full living room with a pull-out couch, kitchen, dining table, bedroom, and private bathroom! We have free onsite parking, so most guests park when they arrive and walk for the remainder of their stay.

As a part of the Leland House Suites of Durango, this suite has all of the cleanliness and hospitality you would expect from a boutique hotel with the conveniences of a VRBO, including contactless keypad entry and a seamless check in/out process.

Durango visit

Our stay at the Leland apartment was very easy. The location allowed us to walk and enjoy the Main Street activities and ride the Silverton train, which I highly recommend. The apartment met our needs perfectly. Thank you to their team.

My wife and I loved this place. Dominque checked us in at the front door, helped with bags even. A great clean place with bars and shops all within a two block walk. Would come back again.

Wonderful place

Everything about this spot was the best. Clean, nicely decorated, central location, and even a complimentary drink at a nearby coffee shop. I compared a lot of prices and it was one of the best deals. Would stay here again no hesitation!

Great Location

The property was very new (I think recently remodeled). Clean, lots of room, comfortable bed, etc. Location is perfect for exploring downtown Durango. Would rent again.

Awesome location and accommodations!

We stayed for two nights in July 2022 with our two small kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better place: cool, clean, and comfy pullout too. The porch swing out front was a hit with our kids, and we all loved the coffee shop, food trucks and relaxed atmosphere. The bar next door had live music one night. So fun to come “home” in the late afternoon after our adventures and relax. We walked to lots of shops and restaurants.

Enjoyable Stay!

The property was very nice. It was decorated very well with all the modern conveniences with the feel of a historic building. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. Can't say enough kind things about Alec and The Leland House Team. They took great care of us! Great location! We will be back!!

Wonderful!

We love the Leland House. Such a great piece of history and location is great. We enjoyed tacos next door and coffee right around the block! House was clean and comfy. Host was great.
