La nostra residenza cittadina di Crimson Cliff (Unità 55), con i suoi 1.700 piedi quadrati, 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, si trova vicino al fiume Animas a soli 4 miglia a nord del centro di Durango ea 25 miglia dal Durango Mountain Resort (25 minuti). Questa casa offre una posizione ideale con spettacolare vista sulla valle del fiume Animas, e l'accesso immediato alla zona del villaggio, senza dover guidare attraverso la città per arrivare a sentieri, terreni forestali nazionali e l'area sciistica.

La Durango Trolley si ferma proprio di fronte alla casa ogni 20 minuti che rende conveniente per raggiungere il centro senza dover guidare o parco.

Lo spazio abitativo principale comprende un camino a gas, una TV a schermo piatto 4K da 50 "e un lettore DVD Blue Ray. C'è una griglia a gas sulla piattaforma al largo della stanza principale.

Il complesso Crimson Cliff offre un parco privato con campo da beach volley, giochi per bambini, mini-golf a nove buche, piccolo stagno, pozzo del fuoco e una pista di ghiaia in giro per la grande prato.

Durango getaway

My husband and I, our 2 year old, and my parents came to Durango for a long weekend and this place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for all of us to relax and spend time together. Perfect location away from the business of downtown but close enough to get to quickly and easily. Communication was easy and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice!

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

Amazing stay in Durango

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

Overall our stay was pleasant. We had problems with power going off if two air conditioners were running at the same time. Also, the street noise was very loud since we had to keep windows open due to the type of air conditioners installed in the windows.The description of the unit was not specific regarding the amount of stairs, so that was very difficult for two of us with health issues. Lastly, we were here for relaxation and the couch was very uncomfortable.

Weekend trip

The location and layout is great. Lots of stairs. It does not have AC which is common in this area but can be uncomfortable late afternoon or evening if it doesn’t rain so watch the weather.

Durango Family Vacation

Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions, checked on us and was very friendly. The property is beautiful. The Kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Beds were so clean and comfortable. Large soaking tub plus large walk in shower. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. This was our family vacation and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again!

This was a clean place with perfect location. The trolly was great and we didn’t have to drive they town. I recommend downloading the app. Management was easy to get ahold of. They said there was a. Rock pot there is not. We loved it

Of course we had minor adjustments with some little things to make it perfect for us but that’s to be expected. Peaceful celebration/vacation

My family has roots in Durango. I grew up in the area as well as my children in their younger years, so the opportunity to return to see my son graduate from FLC was a heartfelt and sentimental experience. I purposefully looked for a place to stay that would fit all six of us comfortably as well as be close to town, and this property fit the bill perfectly! It was a quiet, peaceful area, close enough to make quick runs to the grocery store or go out to restaurants in the area, and of course a hop, skip, and a jump to the college. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals. I highly recommend this property if you don't want to be too far from town, yet still be able to experience a quiet escape.

The home was clean, well stocked, and had an excellent location to downtown and Purg resort. Bathrooms amenities were great and unit was stocked with some paper products and soap so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Fans in the bedrooms were great to have with the August heat (no A/C). For those looking to rent this unit in the summer just keep in mind with the windows open you do hear the highway/road noise. Overall would definitely stay here again!
