    La nostra residenza cittadina di 2.600 piedi quadrati, 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni (Unità 11) è una delle poche proprietà per sciare / sciare al Purgatory Resort costruita proprio sulle piste e solo una breve passeggiata / sci per la piazza principale.

    La cucina gourmet ha ripiani in granito e comprende un bar con posti a sedere e si apre sullo spazio abitativo principale e sulla sala da pranzo, offrendovi molto spazio per rilassarvi con la famiglia e gli amici. E la nuova camera da letto a castello con TV da 55 'e XBox 360 è il luogo ideale dove rilassarsi.

    La camera da letto principale ha un camino a gas, mentre il bagno ha una vasca idromassaggio.

    La residenza cittadina ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice, WIFI e un garage per 2 auto riscaldato annesso che ha un sacco di spazio per gli attrezzi.

Al momento della prenotazione, basta avvisare se si desidera che aggiungiamo la tassa resort aggiuntiva del 4%.

    Resta con noi e offriamo SCONTI sulle attività estive (gite in rafting, equitazione ecc.) E invernali (noleggio sci / snowboard, gite in slitta, escursioni in motoslitta ecc.).

    Politica di cancellazione: è richiesto un pagamento di $ 300 al momento della prenotazione. Questo pagamento di $ 300 viene applicato all'importo totale dovuto ed è rimborsabile solo entro 72 ore dal momento della prenotazione. Se la data di arrivo è entro 45 giorni dalla prenotazione, è richiesto il pagamento completo al momento della prenotazione. Le cancellazioni o le modifiche che comportano un soggiorno abbreviato, che vengono effettuate entro quarantacinque (45) giorni dalla data di arrivo, perdono l'intero importo della prenotazione mentre le cancellazioni effettuate con più di quarantacinque (45) giorni prima dell'arrivo perdono solo il pagamento di $ 300 effettuato al momento della prenotazione. Awesome ski in, ski out

This was an amazing location!! We loved the ease of getting to the slopes right from our patio. The kitchen is great, the beds were comfortable, the heated garage was a big plus. The communication with the hosts was fantastic.

True ski in/ski out

This is a true ski in/ski out. Skied down from yellow brick road right to the back door. House was perfect for us. The management company kept in touch with us throughout our stay. We would stay there again.

Great location

We’ve stayed at every condo on the mountain. This place was our favorite because of ski in/ out access and short distance to beach area. The only issue was not enough bath towels and struggled to get fireplace going . We loved it so much that we already booked for next Christmas.

Great size and good location for exploring southwest colorado

Great setup and layout for large groups. No air conditioning made for warm sleeping in the upstairs bedrooms. In general the condo has a bit of wear and tear but it was totally fine for our extended family trip.

The view was wonderful especially for my mother in-law that is 88. She could watch the lifts and skiers come down the mountain. Skiing right down to the porch to grab a quick lunch and right back out to the lift was a big hit. The kitchen had a variety of pots and pans and we cooked all of our meals. We will for sure be booking a stay here again.

A good outcome, but a nightmare scenario and customer service on check in day

This property is great and you can't beat the location. We had a large group and also utilized a family condo across the plaza; so the close proximity was key in our choosing this unit. Unfortunately, four hours before check-in I was told that we had to be moved. After a few hours of panic (as our group drove towards Purgatory) we were told that we'd be able to stay in this unit; but would it would not be ready until after 4 PM. I was told that they'd pay for dinner; which then changed to 100 maximum for dinner. You can't pay for dinner for 13 people for 100. Ultimately, we didn't get into the unit until 7 PM and our dinner at the Durango Mountain Club (which was well over 100) was covered; but the angst and poor communication in working with the property manger ruined the stay. Additionally, the listing included pool and hot tub, but we did not have access from this unit. Fortunately, we are DMC members and could use our key fobs. I'll think long and hard before I rent from this property manager again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several of the ski in ski out Elk point condos. Great location for families with small kids. Unit has plenty of space for a large family. This property needs some cleaning. Cobwebs and dust on fans bed frames light fixtures. Shower curtain and bathroom rug needed to be washed. Shower in upstairs bathrooms had mildew and excess of hard water calcium. Unit says no pets but we found pet hair in bedrooms ended up on our clothes.The rental company supplied plenty of Toilet paper but no supplies for dishes. The couch was in poor condition and they ordered a new one didn’t get there for us but glad to know they were taking care of it.Our family had a great time as always as you can’t get a better location. The unit had baby gates and playpen which was important for the safety of our little ones.They brought a brand new crockpot same day as the lid for current crockpot was missing. Could use a bigger baking sheet pan but otherwise plenty of pans. Staff were friendly and helpful with quick response. Would rent again hopefully they get a better cleaning service as we all know how much we pay for cleaning. Unit could use some updating.

House is in the absolute most perfect spot. You are steps from two different lifts and a short walk to the stores at the resort. House will sleep plenty of people. The kitchen was absolutely perfect. Wonderful place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been in another unit in Elkpoint and were excited this was avail for the weekend. We foolishly made the assumption that this unit would be similar in cleanliness and bedding quality. We arrived late in the day, tired after a day of travel and were met with the smell of sewage, strong natural gas smell, and general lack of cleanliness. There were giant balls of dust and hair throughout the kitchen and living area. The bedding and linens looked to be 20+ years old. We spent the next two hours vacuuming and trying to locate and alleviate the smell of sewage. Maintenance came the following day and smelled nothing. Probably because we’d cleaned and left upstairs door open to ventilate.

Great place to stay

The place was almost ski in ski out, but with more snow to come, I’m sure it could be truly ski in ski out. It does have 5 bedrooms, but the bath situation wasn’t ideal. Bunk room on bottom floor had to share the one bathroom on second floor, but second floor has two bedrooms, which meant that 8 of us actually had to share the one bathroom. Other two bathrooms were on top floor which had two bedrooms. There were lots of games that the family could play. Kitchen had minimum skillets/griddles for cooking pancakes. Enjoyed the gas fire logs. Asked for bathtub plug in tub on middle floor to be fixed, but guess they couldn’t get the replacement part quickly enough. Christmas tree would have been nice, but guess some guests might stay there that aren’t Christian nice big table that the whole family could gather around for meals and games

Beautiful Property

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect and it met our needs. There was an unexpected inconvenience as we couldn’t park at the home for 24 hours and we had to walk a good distance. This was an inconvenience as it was our wedding day and we had to alter some plans. Otherwise it was great!
