“At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by”

“Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. “The Flamingo Lodge was great! Just a few minutes walk to Umhlanga Rocks beach and the famous Whale Bone pier. Surprisingly, it is really close to the Umhlanga action and restaurants, but peaceful inside. The Staff was great, they were quick to do anything that needed doing and had access or instructions for the various activities in the area. They even helped out with the 2 year. I will certainly stay again!”
